I absolutely adore Community Title Network and have used them for multiple transactions! Tammi and Susie are on top of everything and always right away. If I send an email on a Sunday, I actually get a response usually the same day. Everyone at CTN does an exceptional job and the client experience is awesome. Their fees are also very reasonable. I very highly recommend CTN.

As a lender, I have worked with Community Title Network for many years with both purchase and refinance transactions. They are consistently extremely responsive and pro-active. I have used Susie Jones and her team with CTN on multiple refinances over the last 15 years. I can not say enough about Susie and her team. The team always goes above and beyond! That was never more evident when CTN ran into several roadblocks and screw-ups from my lender the day of closing, as well as on the date of recording and disbursement. Susie and her team at CTN quickly resolved all the errors on the lenders end and completed everything on time, which was miraculous given the myriad of lender mistakes. The team at CTN is always quick and responsive to emails. I will not use any other settlement/title team. I highly recommend Susie and her team at CTN.

I have used this title company almost exclusively for over 15 years. I can be sure that when I send them a contract it will be processed quickly and all of the right requests for information will be thoroughly complete and sent to all of the parties in a timely manner. They see to even the most minute details and don't allow things to slip through the crack. They are also very good at reminding me in a very gentle and kind way when I have forgotten to send them something I should have. These folks can take the most complicated issues and get them resolved to everyone's satisfaction. In addition to their prompt and superior professionalism, they are always pleasant, friendly and go the extra mile making them a joy to do business with. I've worked with CTN (previously TSG) on multiple transactions over the years. They are tremendously responsive, friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. I had my first transaction with them 12 years ago and I keep coming back to them. One of the things I most like about their team is the fast response times.
