Joanna Is literally the best personal finance officer I have ever encountered!! She was EXTREMELY helpful! She was super friendly and completely great at conversation starters while waiting. She was super quick and even stayed after they closed to finish helping me and answering any questions I had. I will forever come to her if I need anything related!
