Action Pawn Baytown N Main St, Baytown

Been here twice, first time they offered me less than half than other pawn shops offered me for the same ring. The second time they basically accused me of trying to pawn stolen items. This shop is a complete joke ran by crooks.

Very unprofessional! Its like they want you to sell your stuff and not get a loan!

I have used them from time to time. Generally their fair, I'm not saying that there not running a business. Whenever you plan on trading something for money or sell somthing. It helps to have a receipt on what you spent. Also keep boxes warrants ect. GUNS!!! They our a hot iteam now generally to buy one online you wait 6 weeks. So If ones in the case it will not sit long. So I if you have paperwork for the ,gun box, clips, extra clips and everything that came with it. I would ask for Brian I have dealt with him on several accounts has a stand up guy.

The guitar dude who works there is really chill, I like that guy. Every time I go in there it’s music related, dude always knows what’s up. 10/10

We just left there looking for a 12 gauge shotgun. First thing we notice was their prices was higher than a new one. We decided we would still talk to them and see what their bottom dollar was. Only one other customer in store we seen four people working there and not one came over to assist us. I told my husband let's go they must not want our business. As we turned to walk out not one spoke to us.

Def my go to place wen I'm n need of something. Great service and prices. Always treated w perfect service and customer care. Love this place and it's owner and employees. Thanks again for my smart t.v. Perfect as usual.

Great staff, welcoming and helpful. Willing to "Make a deal". Honest crew not looking to scam you. If it doesn't work they tell you up front and will test if you ask. Will be back for more deals with them in the future.

They sold me a powertool with missing parts. “Inoperable” when I called they asked if I paid the $5 warranty, which I wasn’t told at the time of purchase. They refused to refund or credit for other purchase. I’ll never buy there again and be to let my friends know as well. Very Dishonest business.

This place has a huge selection of merchandise especially guns. I looked at several guns "on sale" and did some comparisons online and found the on sale items to be very competitively priced. I was reading some of the past reviews about things being over price, if this information is correct it would seem the management is working diligantly to correct this. Rdk

Gun prices are scattered. 9/10 guns i saw were used and priced as new and dont even come with the extras most of the time. Man i spoke to was arrogant and i was treated like he did not care about my business what so ever
