This is what to expect EVERYTIME you come to this branch! Very long lines and maybe 1 or rarely 2ppl attending customers! Cancel all your plans for day cause you'll spend several hours of it here

This place is a joke. ATM never works and they have 2 employees. Cancel all plans for the day when dealing with this bank. You’re going to be there all day

There is an walk up ATM behind the building as well as drive thru ATMs near the side of the building. I walked in, I was greeted , and helped immediately . I withdrew money from a really nice teller. After completing my withdraw and expressing my interest in their savings account program , A relations manager met me at the window and walked me to her cubical. Her name was Wendy Francis. She was very nice and helpful. My fiancé work travels often so i have been to many different banks, etc. & this bank does not hold true to their review rating . At least not anymore . They were great .

The worst bank ever! All employees literally do nothing but stand around. Always only one check out, with no drive thru and line is out the door. I would NEVER EVER have an account here.

I’ve been a BOA customer for many years and every year it seems to get worse. This review is mostly for online but this branch does have issues as well. They always have some kind of hidden agenda when it comes to overdraft fee. You can check your account at 1159 pm and wake up to an overdraft fee, they can’t even fully justify it. With my whole heart I hate BOA!! This was the last straw I’m through with them.

Just got out of the bank after waiting 45 minutes in line. Absolutely unacceptable !! There was only two teller helping customers during peak hours. Every smart manager would know that Mondays are the most busiest day of the week. So scheduled your staff according. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Good bye bank of America.

I went to go deposit, the lady asked for my license and didn't even touch the money to count it. I had filled out the deposit paper and it didn't matter. Also, asked for the debit card knowing that I didn't have it. It's not like I was taking out money. Now, you have to wait a few days to get a new card if stolen or lost. It's ridiculous that you can't use your money!

This is the worst bank ever. Never has enough tellers and I always have to wait in line for at least an hour to get to counter and do a deposit for my job. This causes all the employees to be late for work and is such an inconvenience. We should be able to deposit into an atm via account number. That would help a lot.

Bank of america is the worst bank out of the bunch. The close at 4. Al other banks close at 5:30-6. That give the working class time to reach the bank after they get off work. This is un acceptable. I was in this bank the other day and i asked with there was only one teller and i was told “its a new company policy to only have on teller” im closing my small business account with them today. If you want to be treated like a customer should be treated, go to Shell fcu. Stay away from this awful bank and its awful people

I hate to give a bad review to anyone but Bank of America continues to provide horrible customer service. March 18, 2021...One Teller working & line out the door. The drive thru service is a thing of the past & no additional staff inside. Please! Don't use the response of Pandemic as that's a shallow excuse from a multi-million dollar institution.

Well I'm just leaving a review for this specific Bank Of America location. I'm a bartender and well I deposit my cash on Mondays, it seems like its always a problem for them to do a deposit thru the inside where the bank tellers are located. I mean its their job right? I don't need them to tell me every Monday I walk in to go thru the drive thru. Also, why is it their business to know what I do for a living or why I deposit cash. Always giving me a dirty look, so what if I have 1 bills to deposit? Just I'm trying to make it as easy as possible have the bill facing one way, have a deposit slip ready , money separated and still seems like a problem when I go in there. Stoped going for that reason opened an account else where.

Trash!!! Go in to open a account and quickly learned that would be a mistake! Nobody was at the front to speak with for 20-30 minutes, then she tells me it would be another hour before I could speak with someone! Definitely changed my mind on opening a account with Bank of America ✌🏽
