I had a very great experience with everyone, but Sydni was exceptional. She was always pleasant and very professional. Whenever I had questions, she was quick to respond and m ade it easy for me to trust her. Thanks to all who participated in making my experience such an outstanding one and a special thank you to Sydni.

This branch is hands down the best location. From the officer to the tellers, all were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I went to the location on Decker Drive to apply for a home refinance loan. After we applied online we immediately got a response from Stephanie -CRCU. Stephanie was so very helpful with us throughout the whole process. Not only Stephanie, but the whole Mortgage Dept was very helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend CRCU if you are considering a refinance or new home purchase.

I’m severely disappointed with the effort or lack there of efforts of this bank to help a new startup company. I Believe I was discriminated against as a black small Business owner. I’m aware it’s risky gambling with startup businesses but had I been the right race they would have went above and beyond to make something happen. I’m saddened that my home credit union of almost 7 years of great history and amazing rapport had nothing to offer me or if they even tried to offer anything “because that’s questionable”. Now I know that as my business and life plans continues on its successful path where I take all my finances.

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy. She was extremely polite and helpful in answering some accounts related questions in addition to helping with my usual deposits and withdrawals. I’m always pleased with the friendly staff at CRCU locations. Thanks!

We have been members of Community Resource Credit Union(CRCU), formerly Exxon Credit Union, approximately 40 years. The credit union financed several vehicles and a home improvement project for us. Most recently we decided to sell our home and purchase a new home. It seemed at first to be a very challenging and stressful situation to undertake. But then with one call to CRCU, we knew this was the right decision. First Ms Esmelda Cantu walked us through the application process and then we met Ms Michelle Buchanan who guided us though, held our hands, told us what we needed and when not to worry. They also worked with realtor Candace M Allen (The Wise Living Group) to ensure a smooth closing. And we closed on our new home on time, on our scheduled closing date and without any delays. Very unfortunate to write a review on a local credit union but this place has deteriorated as far as customer service and user ability. It’s been a week trying to get my debt card activated. This is ridiculous.

My wife and I have been members at Community Resource for over 12 years and have always received great service. We recently had the best service we have ever experienced thanks to the mortgage team. The entire mortgage department really showed up and went the extra mile to help us get our home loan completed under some unusual circumstances. I can not overstate how amazing this department was throughout the entire process. First class service all the way. Thank you CRCU Mortgage Dept. for a great experience.

I just refinanced my vehicle with CRCU. Laura was AMAZING! She made the process so quick and painless, plus I got the best interest rate I could find from any local credit unions. I am very pleased to be a CRCU member!

If I could’ve given it no stars I would’ve because the branch manager at the Gard Rd location is very disrespectful.

I usually don't post any bad comments but this bank has earned it. I applied for a credit card consolidation and at first the lady called me immediately, very polite I must say and seen willing to help. We talked about possible routes to go with, she assured me that she would work on something and would call me back. About a week past by and no call, I decided to give her a call, went to her voice mail,left her a message and till this date no call back. So I'm guessing this is new way of saying you don't qualify!.
