When you go in this bank they know you because they remember you, and they treat you with kindness and respect. They are always trying to improve the customers experience, not their profits. They are always finding ways to improve their services based on the local needs of your neighborhood, as well as anticipate your future needs. It's just a real person to person experience, with your needs in mind, whether you know what they are now or what they will be in the future, they are never too busy to talk with you or help you figure it out.

I went to this location back at the beginning of the year,needing information on a possible car loan. Jen ,the Branch Manager, was nice and helped me understand all the ends and outs,plus what me options were. With her help, I was able to get that loan that fit my needs best. I will go back again for any of my financial needs.

We went in to open a savings account for me and my wife today. Lady said they have to do a credit check in order for us to be members. I asked if they were soft or hard credit enquireries? She said they are hard enquireries that will show up on both our credit reports. So let me get this straight; in order to give this Credit Union my money we must allow them to put hard enquiries (that negatively affect our credit score) on our credit reports? No thanks, we'll pass.

I have been very impressed by them so far since becoming a member almost 2 years ago. But today after applying for a loan and following up with it, Zachary took the phone call on the customer care line and was really rude and not really caring about my questions and acted like he could care less and my questions was just whatever. He was very short and very un friendly. As for banking i highly recommend, other than that for loans i would say go somewhere else. They just lost a vehicle loan from me. Going to Vystar now.

One of the best banks I’ve ever been too. Everyone there is super polite and patient. One of my favorite people to talk with would be Jen she helped me over come a lot of fear and explain things out perfectly to my needs.

WOW!!! Let me tell you how convenient this was. The service was above and beyond I was helped by the n Branch Manager Mrs Jen. She was everything you would want in a manager!!! The friendly service was nice! I opened a account and I am very happy I did.
