Let me tell you people something. I have never had the experience with anyone in any Credit Union that I had in Community First Credit Union Oakleaf. Melissa Meeks is the sweetiest Lady I've ever met. She is a blessing to many. Not only her, but the whole team. Thanks to everyone . Blessings..

To be clear, my issue is not with the Oakleaf branch - the staff is always great there - but with the fraud department. The experience I had with them was frustrating and I felt as if my voice wasn't heard, and that I was being talked over. I wish I had been able to review them separately so this didn't reflect on Oakleaf. Melissa reached out to me, and that is why I've raised my rating.

I had an awesome member service experience with Mina Patterson, she went above and beyond helping me with my financial dilemma. She explained the different loan and process that I needed to know. Came in today and Melissa Meeks quickly assisted mu husband and I. She answered all my questions and provided me with a lot of information I needed. She also assisted with the mobile app which was incredibly useful. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this union.

Came into the branch to link an account and get a debit card printed. We were waiting for only a minute before the branch manager, Melissa, came over and helped us personally. Fantastic experience and happy to have been a member since I was a kid.

Today i had the pleasure of working with Mr.Zachary and Mrs.Gwen on the phone and Mrs.melissa in person and they honestly have been a joy to deal with, i was able to get answers to my questions without being talked to like an idiot and i was given a real oppurtunity to be myself within the interaction. They werent selling me products but they added a lot of value to what i had planned to get done. When you come in make sure you ask what they can do as far as setting up your childrens account. I appreciate everyone involved and this will be my home branch

This place has horrible service and apparently so does the 103rd St. They have two greaters but only one person in the entire office that can help customers. They called the 103rd branch who said they only have one person working that day as well and they were out to lunch. I asked one of the greeters why such poor lobby help and she said a lot of people were off today. On a week day? Be prepared for a long, long, long wait if you ever need to visit this branch.

I love my local branch. They always go above and beyond for me and there any customers. Ms Mina Patterson went above and beyond for me when I need to send a wire. She never left me hanging she help me with the whole process. I really appreciate her never giving up on me. My appointment was at 9 but she made sure I sent the correct amount even when it wasn’t adding up

Melissa Meeks was absolutely wonderful with me and my family while I was getting my vehicle refinanced. She was very patient with my enthusiastic daughter and even allowed her to draw at her desk. She made the experience amazing, I recommend this branch HIGHLY. Everyone here is great. And it's always am enjoyable experience.
