VyStar Credit Union Merchants Way, Jacksonville

Can’t get into the app. Can’t get into the web portal. Can’t get a replacement credit card printed. Can’t use their drive up ATM. 30 minute wait for any service at the branch… who is running this sham? I’ve been a member for 20+ years and have actively used them for the last decade. Guess I’m jumping ship.

I have been with VyStar since 1984, and last Saturday reaffirmed WHY I am still with this awesome credit union. Lesley Sengthong became my WHY for staying. Not only was she quick and thorough, but she gave the EASIEST steps to refinance my car, a break in making car payments for 3 months, but she took the time to listen to me in regards to my desire to buy a house. My barrier? Not so great credit. She gave me hope and very solid advice. Customer service is so key in today's world, and it's not just knowing your company's products/services. I was in the process or purchasing a vehicle and wanted some information on financing. I spoke with the representative Cody Helton who was extremely helpful. He took his time with me and explained all my possible financing options. He also answered all of my questions (which I had a lot of) so that I can feel comfortable making an informed financial decision. I was very pleased with the services received!

Jessica Benike, Relationship Specialist 1 was a great representative of the bank. She took me through the process of becoming a member and made the experience quite easy by answering all my questions and addressing the issues encountered in a prompt and efficient manner! This was my first experience with Vyster. I highly recommend this bank and this branch!

My husband and I having been going to VyStar at Oakleaf for several years. We’ve never had a bad experience with staff or service and I’d give then a 10-star rating if I could. Tyler, Cody and Shannon are a few of the best individuals and always provide excellent customer service. We are greeted by name and feel like our business is truly appreciated. Richie February 18, 2022 I’ve been a vystar member since 1990 and I wanted to say, first and foremost I love that the oak leaf branch is only a few minutes from my house. Secondly I want to recognize Maria “Ley” Cozart for her hard work and dedication to her job along with unwavering commitment to serve her customers and the community of oak leaf. I met Ley Cozart last yr concerning a loan and this year again for the same reason. I can tell you from the experience I had with her last year and just recently, there is a reason why I came back to see her, not to mention surprised that she’s still in the same location; simply because of how she treats her customers and how well she listens to you. Her attention to detail and her willingness to work above and beyond and to make sure that if she didn’t have the answers to your questions then, she will surely respond back with an answer even if it’s after hours.

Have been banking at this location with Roz for 5 years! Always very pleasant and well informed. Extremely pleased with service. Jacob also had great customer service and very knowledgeable. Easily 5 stars!

Me and my spouse had been working with Maria Cozart throughout the entire process of a auto loan. She was so attentive to our needs and was able to assist us at every turn of the process. Always followed up timely, almost forgot that we were the ones purchasing the vehicle. It was like purchasing a vehicle from a close family member, she was just as happy for us as we were. This was the most pleasant experience ever when dealing with a lender! You rock Maria!

Vystar is my favorite place to do my banking. They have great programs for the customers and always willing to help. I had the pleasure of working with Jolleen yesterday when I came to the bank. She is friendly kind and always has a smile. She is a great employee and representative of VyStar bank.

My wife and I went to the Oakleaf VyStar branch to resolve an issue and had the pleasure of working with Cody Helton. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us efficiently. The problem took a little while to solve so Cody suggested we go home and he would stay on it and call us when there was a resolution. The issue was resolved within a couple of hours the same day. We will continue to bank with the excellent team at VyStar!

I came in to the Oakleaf branch today not expecting to meet two of the most amazing caring employees. I didn’t expect to have someone understand and be willing to listen to me to help me fix my accounts. This branch has been so welcoming and family friendly. My son now has a teen account and I couldn’t be more happy to know I started with Vystar when I was 16 now my son has the chance to grow with the same banking branch to go into his adult life. Latrelle you absolutely were pleasant and amazing not to mention you are beautiful inside and out. You definitely represent Vystar to the fullest. Roz when I came over for you to finish our process you were caring, understanding and had a beautiful smile to share with your customers. You didn’t hesitate to help me and get me fixed up.
