I purchased my new car and they financed. When I had questions or issues like payment due date, I called the branch and actually talked to a person instead of computerized customer service which is wonderful and in this day and time, rare. They reviewed then presented me with options: changed the due date to meet my pay date. That was in 98. Today, still the same wonderful customercare. Awesome financial institution and caring staff. Go Guys!!! I love you.

Please heed my warning... DO NOT get a loan through this credit union. There's no way a legitimate credit union would operate so inefficiently. I'm honestly to the point it would be easier to drive to a physical location to male my monthly payments. I wish I could give CFCU a negative 5 stars.

A comfort as soon as you come in. I got alot of additional information after opening up an account with them. I'm exploring more opportunities to save and get rewards points too. Nothing's perfect but this credit union gives you lots of great options. (and it's Clean👍🏽👍🏽)

Not good for company accounts, not easy to open Has take three months ordering new checks-! Still not here….. should I print my own? Won’t special process local bank checks so it takes like over a week to clear funds Keep getting locked out of app. Really low external transfer limits …..

I am extremely happy with CFCU. I have experienced the friendliest staff I have seen in a banking institution in quite a while... both, in person and over the phone.

Went into their muskogee location to withdraw money from our checking as we were closing on property and needed the down payment. branch manager and compliance officer decided it was cool to discuss my private finances with a full lobby and the door wide open, when I started getting frustrated with their disrespect for privacy and their line of questioning that was somewhat inflammatory, they closed our account unilaterally, we lost out on our property deal as they didn't even give us all of our funds that day, they just closed our account and told us to come back for a check later. unprofessional and financially damaging, why would you give people this incompetent and who will act this malicious when you questions their overreaching probing any access to your finances, or any other aspect of your business?? We'd already sold our home, so we had no other physical address at the time, so even opening another bank account until we closed on the property, or rented a house or apartment was completely blocked due to federal identification laws, they knew that too, and were doing as much as they could to make our time harder. It's cool though, I'm sure there's a ton of people lined up to give them their due, when the impending collapse goes full swing.

I called when my debit card had been declined and was immediately assured there was not a problem with my card or account.

This is the third branch I have contacted trying to open an account. This is my third review. The process is very tiresome and wasteful of a potential member's time if that person uses credit freezes. Nobody at this credit union seems to care. I'm just one person, and one is not a big enough number for this credit union to care about. I am going to Weokie now and I expect I will have an account opened within the hour.

I have had great experiences since opening my account. They are always friendly and helpful. Love the app too!
