Extremely bad experience. They did not have staff and technology to handle large amount of transactions. When we opened account they did not inform us that they cannot handle large transactions. Once our accounts are up and running they Said they cannot handle our accounts since they don’t have staff and technology and asked us close our accounts. It is a waste of time for us to start everything again with another bank . CBTX should have told us about their limitation when we initially set the expectations how our accounts will be operated. Very bad experience pls be aware before starting banking with them.

I've been with Commercial Bank of Texas for 10 years and I can't say enough about the level of service. They have a small town feel and treat me like family and know my name...unlike global big banks. I highly recommend CBTx and thank you to Brian and the whole team for such great banking experience.

I recommend Commercial Bank of Texas and Drew M. highly and without reservation. When I was unable to apply for a PPP loan from my bank of 30 years after multiple attempts, I was referred to Commercial Bank of TX and Drew M.
