Andres Gonzalez (Sr. Loan Officer) is excellent, and they work quickly. I provided all the necessary information to them and followed their instructions. He always put me on the loan that fit me best and explained what I needed to do to get in on that type of loan. We discussed the initial loan payments agreement in the afternoon, and on the same day, at 11.30 pm, they sent me the documents for signing. At each stage, they provided all the information that I could expect. In addition, they also have a little explanation video about the current and the next step. Our client would have lost the home if he had not gone far above and beyond late one evening when the listing agent needed an updated Approval letter from a local lender before the seller would accept their offer. Had Jeff not jumped right on it, even while on a trip with his family, they would have moved on to the next offer that night. You all need a better person to answer the phone. She didn't give her name or the name of the company. Didn't ask if she could help me. Was very short. She just hello, yes hello. So I gave my name and that I had questions on my loan. She then ask if it was on my 1st payment, I said no. Then asked if it was about a refi or new purchase, said no. Then said I needed to call someone else and read off a number quickly and said goodbye, hung up. Sheesh - I might refi just to get better customer service.

I have been involved in the purchase of various properties over the last 10 years and I wanted to tell you this was the best loan process experience that I have been involved in. I think it is important for you to know what differentiates you from others. • The communication at every step of the loan process was outstanding. It is very effective because you do it in multiple ways: On-line, text, Email and personal. There is no risk of anything falling through the "cracks". It is reassuring to me as a buyer and borrower to have certainty as to what state of the process you are and what are the gaps to keep on track. • You played a coordination role that most lenders will not do. It is easy for everyone to get into their "Silo" and put that responsibility on the buyer/borrower. I felt confident about clear responsibilities for everyone and you guys taking the lead to coordinate between the Lender, Title Company, Agents, and buyer. It made my role so much easier. • There are no roadblocks with you guys. No closing ever goes without issues. The key is to know how to solve it. This closing had some roadblocks, and you always were a step ahead in how to solve. I felt like the solutions always considered my best interest and protected my interest as well. You have a high standard of performance, and it shows in the results. It is so encouraging to see an operation like yours perform and very high level.

I cannot begin to express how very disappointed I am in this company and their extremely low level of integrity, customer service, and honesty. All agents involved in my situation, including one that worked for them, (who no longer does HIS choice), has stated to me how very unorganized, disheartening, disrespectful, and just plain WRONG it is what my family and I have to go through. From the lac of communication after qualifying, to the push to get us to pay more money by waiting until the very last minute and making it seem like we had no choice, to even after the fact LYING about my file from application to the closing table. This entire experience has been a complete fiasco. It has put a bad taste in my mouth, BUT it has also inspired my husband and I to get our relators license, link up with an upstanding broker and company, and DO THE RIGHT THING by people. If this is how you treat people, you cannot expect yo grow...OR be favored in the eyes of the Most High...not that I think that matters at all to these people. From the underwriters who first lied then wouldn't communicate and just be honest about what the company was saying about my file, to the Compliance Supervisor Michele Terry calling me "The Irate borrower" in internal emails instead of my name (sloppy business practices and this was actually forwarded to me by accident SMH), when all I wanted was accurate and honest info, to the EVP chief compliance officer Patty Campbell who still has yet to send accurate info (Just keeps stating the same thing, with no proof or actually going through the file to make sure what she is saying is accurate), to the EVP chief production officer assuming my family and I got an FHA loan, when in fact we did not. I am in the process of contacting the CFPB, Fannie Mae, and other entities to get this info into the books so that this NEVER happens to anyone again if I can help it. I intend to try my HARDEST to get my loan out of their hands if it costs me to do so, I cannot and will not continue to associate with a shady company. I can back up EVERY word on this if anyone who is considering them wants to reach out. I am here for us, because they are surely not. #EachOneTeachOne Be Blessed

This company goes above and beyond! From my first phone call to closing I felt as if I were the only client being serviced. Phone calls were answered promptly. The representative didn't promise the moon or mislead me in any way. The app they use allows you to take pictures of documents that auto crops which saves tons of time when compared to scanning documents then converting to jpeg or gif files to email.
