Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Mcdermott Dr, Allen

Couldn't close my account because they don't answer their phone. Withdrew all my funds out, got charged a $12 service fee for low balance. Now I can't close my account because they say I owe them $12. Update: after a total of 1 hour and 39 minutes on the phone, BofA agreed to waive the fee and close my account.

I went to this banking center today because the one on Greenville Ave mess up my teenage son account when we were trying to update our contact information after our move from the Midwest I was greeted by Maggie and a very upbeat associate Nathalie. Nathalie took care of my issue, update the account properly and change my mind about closing this account. Nathalie great smile and excellent customer service make my day. She is definitely a great access to BOA! #HappyHoliday

Horrible have tried to open an account online was approved only later to be cancelled due to non verifying documents, went to branch to verify and re-open was told couldn't do anything because they customer service is only open M-F to verify. Been calling them over 20 times to see if they can get me verified over the phone with the people since they already seen my documents in person never an answer to the phones. I went with CHASE they offer $225 sign-on bonus was approved and get my card in 3-5 business days thanks for nothing BANK OF AMERICA.

I opened my first business account here in 2018 and they have been more than accommodating. As a new-ish business owner, I have had a lot of questions. The staff is always so friendly and courteous. Tellers are quick and polite. There are 2 branches closer to my home, but I drive here because the service is better.

This location of B of A is great. The bank personnel are eager to help, well-trained, and are professional. Great bank for B of A. Do NOT go to the Plano location at Park & Central Exp. They NEVER have machines working properly, enough staff, and it takes forever to get absolutely nothing done. I have seen numerous people get upset in the lobby, at the ATM machine, and outside the front doors because of the lack of even basic services. The wait is always long and then they can't do a simple transaction. This happens all of the time at the Park/ Central Exp. location.

Scammers. I deposited all the money in my previous checking account at another institution in a new account at BoA and they're holding my money for 10 days and tell me that they have no means of removing the hold.

Worst bank America branch I’ve been to. Don’t waste your time and drive here if you’re using anything but the ATM. Super lines all the time to get to the teller, with only one serving..! This is my third time and last time i’m coming to this location

They are woefully understaffed. I needed to make a quick deposit with a teller. I have been standing in line for 45 minutes already. This is ridiculous. It should not take an hour to make a deposit that has been prepped and is ready to hand to a teller. My transaction will take 2 minutes....tops. So frustrating.

Absolutely unbelievable! Many branches are closed (COVID), and I had to wait 40 minutes to see a teller to get MY MONEY. Then was told that there was a limit on how much of MY MONEY I could withdraw (COVID). This bank has become a joke! Stay away! SMH!

Wildly unhelpful staff — even hops the line of rude. I visited with a teller and I was shocked with the service she gave. I don’t want to give too many details, but I had a few simple questions regarding a deposit and I wish she handled the situation differently. My husband has been in banking for years and he was shocked when I told him what happened. Just from my one encounter with this bank — I will gladly bank with anyone but BOA.
