Comerica Bank W 10 Mile Rd, Novi

I used to use drive through to deposit checks. Today a lady declined to deposit my checks and told me to come inside and deposit them after I waited several minutes in my car. Why drive through exist?????????? Why didn’t you tell me at the first time you see my checks? It was worst experience ever.

Slowest bank I have ever been too. Sitting for 10 minutes (only car in drive thru) before being acknowledged. Total time to cash check 28 minutes.

Older lady kathy is a joke. The amanda girl is the only reason this place gets any stars.

$10 dollars by check and the wait it’s so long

A complete joke! $10 to cash. A check of u don't have an acct with them. I can see a fee of okay but not $10. Then I sold them that I would open an account with them they could do it quickly because I was on my lunch break w****** spoke with an Indian lady who could barely speak English and they want $11 a month to have an account with them unless you keep a thousand dollars in the account daily really who has a thousand dollars to put in your account they keep it there in this day and age. My boss told me she hated that Bank and I can understand why. Then she wanted to argue with me because my address wasn't online drivers license and said that she would have to mail the debit card that I would get with them to that address it said it was for my protection really how is that for my protection when your going to send my debit card to an address that you know I don't live that were someone else to get a hold of it that's really for my protection needless to say I didn't open an account and I will never step foot in that bank ever again. Crooks with suits!

Susan and Kale were so amazing! They helped me out beyond my expectations. Great people at this location!

Not observing policies by other comerica locations that have been followed several times.

Google hours are wrong ... Close Friday at 5:30pm not 6pm Open Saturday's 9am-1pm drive thru only .
