Columbia Credit Union Se 192nd Ave, Vancouver

I recently refinanced an auto loan with the help of Barbara Kelso. Shortly after the process I received a notice stating that Columbia Credit Union hadn't received notification of being listed as a total loss payee on my insurance. After reaching out to my insurance company and having thought it was resolved, I received a second notice. Again I reached out to my insurance company and provided documentation, this time also sending a message to Barbara about what had taken place as well as a copy of the documentation. I got a timely response that stated, "I'll let you know if anything else is needed". To my surprise, I got a third response stating that insurance was being forced on my loan in the amount of $7000. Wow! I immediately reached out to Barbara and she worked diligently with all parties involved and stayed in communication with me regarding her progress to get this resolved. She spent a good amount of time contacting all parties and I am very happy to say that her efforts were successful. She epitomizes what "member services" means. Thank you Barb!

We have been members for 30 years and have never thought of leaving. This one is never busy and is close to home.

This place sucks. I had them for a year and half and their worthless phone system and ridiculous requirements and harrassments about stupid non payment related bs lead me eventually to getting so ticked off that I paid the loan off in full 4 years early just so I wouldnt have to deal with thier garbage service anymore. Somehow magically my credit report now reflects that the last two payments I made were both 30 days late. Never happened, it was on auto bill pay the entire life of the loan I called and confirmed this with my bank now I am disputing this childish spiteful nonsense with experian. Go literally anywhere else.

Happy with the service. The tellers are always friendly and quick. I had no issues setting up accounts. I would recommend this credit union

Linda and Angela are amazing! They're both very sweet and personable. I love coming to this specific location because of how friendly everyone is and how it's a lot less busy than other banks.

We just recently opened an account with them and they were super helpful. I think it's awesome that the permanent cards are made on the spot. They even went above and beyond to help transfer over some direct deposits and answer questions about others services they offer.

I wish I would of gotten this gals name, she was so amazing, obviously had to go through drive through, yesterday early afternoon and she was so polite, professional and courteous. Thank you for such a happy banking experience.

Another great location of my favorite credit union. Great place to store extra cash set up a checking acc. Or car or home loan. They DONT rip you off or open extra accounts in your name for personal bonuses like big nasty banks....

Really rude!!! 😡 All I was trying to deposit cash money her attitude like was like a big deal help me then more attitude counting the money...I almost close every account if wasn't for the people off Mill Plain being so nice!!
