Cesar was amazing to work with. He checks all of the boxes - knowledgeable, responsive, encouraging and kind. This is my 6th home purchase and he was by far the best I have worked with. As first time homebuyers, we did a lot of research on what to expect. There are a lot of great sites out there but we still had a lot of questions. Cesar succeeded where no one else could! We had a ‘complicated file’ so to speak. There were lots of small student loans that added up to a lot, which were all in different stages. We had a complex combination of investments, some restricted and some not. We had improved our credit score recently but had to overcome some hurdles to get there. All of this lead every other lender to avoid us like the plague. But then came Cesar! Cesar put the puzzle together perfectly and not only did he get us approved but he got us a VERY competitive rate AND we closed in 21 days! He not only got us into our home but he coached us along the way and guided us with strategies to put our best foot forward.
