When the big banks were telling me that it could take as long as 85 days to get through the refi process, I knew that I absolutely had to find a better option. After my first phone call with David Hill, I immediately knew that I was in good hands. He didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear in order to get my business. Instead, he gave me a realistic assessment of how he thought the process would play out, and, in fact, his estimate was spot on when it took only 31 days from submitting my application to picking up my check. I was even able to get my loan at a lower interest rate than what the big banks were offering. The level of professionalism and communication was first rate from start to finish, but my favorite part of the experience was just enjoying the personal touch that is becoming increasingly rare these days. If I (or anyone I know) ever need a real estate loan again, I will definitely be going back to Chris and David!

I would definitely rate your service a 5 and beyond. Usually after being helped with home purchase you may expect a note in the mail or an email to not forget the company. But Chris Hill did a step above this by personally contacting me via phone and email multiple times to not only make sure I'm still happy with my home purchase but to look out for my financial future by keeping track of mortgage rates and wanting to see if there is anything he could do to offer a refinance.
