I have been working with Dan for about 10 years now. My first experience with Dan was when we refinanced our first and only house at the time. I immediately noticed big differences between how Dan and Colonial treated there customers compared to a large mortgage broker. My experiences with large brokers upset me for a couple reasons, first reason was what we agreed to verbally and what was presented to us at closing were fairly different, second was my mortgage changed hands to other mortgage investment companies at least 3 times. I now have 3 houses and refinanced a couple of time all with Dan, every time what he tells me what the numbers are going to be are what they are at closing, no surprises at closing. In Colonials paperwork at closing they tell you flat out they will never sell your mortgage to another company, also you can pay off mortgage early with no restrictions or penalties. I will never go to anyone else for my mortgage needs. Dan recently got my wife and I into our “dream house” with the lowest interest rate we have ever had. Dan is very accessible and will walk you through every step of the process.

Throughout the entire loan process, Dan was very responsive. He answered our questions thoroughly and was always professional and informative. He clearly communicated the documentation required from us and kept us on track for submitting paperwork, etc. I feel the complexities of the loan process were easily navigable because of Dan's guidance.
