David, Victoria, and the team made the home buying process enjoyable! We expected (as first time homebuyers) it to be a daunting process. However, David and team were very responsive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain in detail what to expect and do. David was so great to work with. He is very prompt and responsive and really helped us to understand what type of mortgage would be best for our situation.
