The people we worked with at Premier Mortgage had a decent grasp of the technical / financial details needed for our refinance. It was a more streamlined experience compared to B of A 3 years ago. It would have been nice if all the requirements / information requests could have happened up front instead of last minute requests; Premier was thankfully better than BA in this area.
