I have been doing business with this company since 2015. I started out with Terra who has always been a easy person to work with. This office has a had major turn arounds, however it has never interfered with my business them. I had one issue and Lucy has gone above and beyond to resolve it. Lucy is very professional, sympathetic and proficient with my concerns, she leaves a great staff in when she is absent who goes as just hard for you as she does. Chasity, Dorian, Kim, Ashley, Lucy a long with others I have worked with have always given me great service. Thanks to Lucy and her team for being a great set of people to work with. Lucy is HORRIBLE. She has a bad attitude. She lied and told me that if i made a payment in cash that it wouldnt attempt to come out of my account again and it did which put my account in the negative. With that being said in reality i made two payments but she still said i had to make another payment in order to renew my loan. She sit in the back of office looking dumb in the face. She is so unprofessional and i refuse to speak to her about anything again. She has yet to apologize for being WRONG about the situation i explained above and i have been to the office multiple times to make a payment since then. Sebrina is one of the best in that office and i speak with her everytime and she gets me in and out. Thank you Sebrina for being so kind and nice to everyone that walks in the door. the sweet to Lucy’s Sour bitterness.

Ive received a loan from Cobb finance 2xs now and each time they were nice and professional...never had a problem... Just a really nice facility with great people.

I went into cobb finance office today for a second loan. My first loan I got $400 dollars I paid my loan out early and every payment was on time. I go in today and the manager Lucy tells me that could only get the same amount I got the first. She said that's all I could get because I paid my first loan out to early, told me not pay this one out early. I thought early was good. I will not be taking out any more loans will Cobb Finance.

I called this business on April 28, 2022 to get information regarding loan options. Tarshay was extremely helpful, professional, and thorough. She provided me with all the information to start the loan process. I was advised I had to complete my application in person. I was fine with that. I visited the location on a Saturday morning bright and early! Tarshay was once again very helpful. She shared with me it takes an hour for approval. When I called back an hour later, my application was still pending. She told me someone would contact me at least by Monday. Although I never received that call, Ms. Carolyn was very apologetic. She truly empathized with my concerns and was patient with me. Lucy was very professional and helped me get the extra money I needed. Thank you ladies so much. I appreciate all your help!! Well, let me start by saying….the economic crisis our country is facing, has many of us dealing with a financial dilemma. As like many others, my ability to secure a loan is extremely challenging right now. So I searched the internet and found Cobb Finance Company. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by Deja and Lucy from the back! Extremely nice, professional woman that understood my situation and offered me a solution to my financial need. They were very quick with the process and assisted me in completing my application. The mere fact that you are already stressed from trying to get relief; they all made the process very pleasant and painless. Most financial institutions make the process very difficult and painstaking. The women at Cobb Finance (Deja, Lucy, Tashay and Taniyah) all made this a wonderful experience and I totally recommend anyone facing a financial crisis; whether temporary or due to a life changing event; to visit this office for your financial needs.

Lucy, I think that is her name. The heavy size lady with the bad teeth. She is very unprofessional and very nasty. I never write reviews but I wish I could give this nasty attitude individual a -0 star. You probably will not change you attitude but my advice is for you is self check. You will be beautiful on the outside if your heart was not black.
