Coastline Federal Credit Union Emerson St, Jacksonville

I recently switched to Coastline and immediately was blow away buy the great service.Ms Jane Adams made everything as quick and painless as possible working on my car loan.She was there to help every step of the way. Everyone at both branches where knowledgeable freindly and perfetional and I will be a member for life if they do business like this all the time.

I wish that I can give coastline fcu no stars because that's what they deserve. Coastline fcu love stealing money from people accounts. The first time they stole from me was many years ago. I had bank with them since I was in high school. So of course every paycheck that I receive and my college funds went in there. So when I took a break from college and got a different bank close to where I live. I just let my college funds sit in coastline. Then one day out of nowhere I receive a letter stating that they closed my account. I had asked them for my college money which was a few thousands of dollars. I was told that they used to keep my account open. They never refunded me back for that. Now those thieves did it again but only stole a few hundred dollars. I didn't trust them with my money anymore but they was easy to get a loan from. So after my car loan was paid off. I had kept a few hundred dollars in the account just in case I had wanted another loan from them. So, if I was you guys don't bank with coastline fcu because they are THIEVES!!!

The manager Michael was extremely rude. I was told some manager has “notes” on my account that states I cannot be helped with fees…. What does that even mean? If a fee was added to my account in error I can’t be helped? He was very dismissive and in helpful. Cut me off while I was talking and very unprofessional WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, I deposit about 8000 bucks in this bank monthly with horrible customer service

I have been a member since membership was opened up to other than Coastline employees in the 1990s and have appreciated the professionalism and courtesy provided. I would like to see the Zelle app offered through CFCU in the near future. Zelle is offered by other local credit unions and would be a nice addition to Coastline and convenience for many CFCU customers.

I love the credit union Jane and the ladies at the north side branch are so nice the customer service is always good thank you ladies so much.

I've been a member of this Credit Union for many years. It's always a pleasure to deal with the different Representatives. Today, I spoke to Michael from the Southside branch. He was so professional and helpful, just a pleasure to to talk to.

One of the slowest and worst banks out there. They will NOT move in a timely manner and they will NOT deposit your money in a consistent way. You may get it on the 10, 12th, 7th. Its a shame. Also, they WILL steal your money. Do NOT bank here. I am still waiting for a transfer that was supposed to be done ages ago.

I’ve been with Coastline for years and love doing business there. They are always so pleasant and helpful. I’ve had multiple lines of credit and loans with them and it has always been handled quickly and efficiently. Yesterday I went in the Emerson location with a last minute request and the branch manager Kim Rowe was very helpful. Great local credit union.

Customer service is above exceptional when you have a issue. I want to specifically thank Michael for his prompt and courteous customer service
