I’ve been coming to this shop for many years and I’ve never had a bad experience nor any complaints. The staff is amazing and beside making me feel like family, they always find a way to go above a beyond. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

I went in and was instantly greeted by a very nice woman. The store was clean and was helped by Gina. She was amazing! She helped me out so much and explained everything to me. Will definitely be back and recommend everyone go see her!

Jeannie just so happens to be more than a manager...she is a friend and is not only fair but understanding to the customer situation..it is her touch that makes the difference ..the whole team..Tawanna,Joy, Albert and Jeannie make it their business to provide the best customer service possible n make you feel like you didn't make a mistake for coming to value pawn. I love the people at this location! Always very helpful, and everybody in that value pawn name tag have great vibes at all times! Jeanie, Joi, Albert, and Gina are all awesome and would definitely recommend anybody looking for this kind of service, to go to this store!

The store manager is great, shes got a good attitude towards both her employees and her customers, shes fair in her transactions, and genuinely cares about her customers. HOWEVER, the other employees there don't seem to have a good attitude towards the customers. Its almost as if they don't want your business. When customers come in a shop like so, and your not spoken to like an adult, there's an issue. I won't be doing business here anymore due to that. But as far as the manager goes, again shes great.

These guys provide excellent service and reasonable rates. Never have I left feeling cheered. Thank u guys for being there through covid and the rough weather, u got a custie fer life ;-)
