I had a great experience at the Kingsville Branch. All the staff knows me by my name. I am grateful that they always treated my late uncle with lots of care and patience. Today I walked in and told Irene Garza what I wanted to do on my account and she made it happen. I get to enjoy my new RV and have extra cash on hand. Kimberly always goes above and beyond to take care of my account needs. All staff ready to serve everyone, and a smile on their face 😃

I got a car loan approved with Casey Lane on Saratoga location. He is very professional, replies quickly to emails and phone calls. Great customer service! I started using coast life back when it was teachers credit union. Approximately a year and a half before hurricane Harvey hit. My experience with the credit union has been wonderful. When hurricane Harvey hit I asked for a small signature loan to be able to evacuate my family to a safe area and there was no issues receiving the loan. I have financed two vehicles, a four wheeler, and two additional debt consolidation loans with them. And have received wonderful interest rates as well as world-class customer service. The banker that I would brag about the most there is Sierra Samuelson. She has worked with me Hand in Hand to build my credit rating and to ensure that I had extremely competitive interest rates on my loans, and works selflessly to ensure that all paperwork goes very smoothly. I have worked with her since the beginning and will continue to work with her as long as she stays there. She has shown me the Coast Life Credit union Cares deeply about its customers, and wants to work with the customers to better themselves.

Sierra was beyond helpful! Her guidance helped me get on the right track to build up my credit as well as saving me money monthly by refinancing my car. :) I would really recommend this bank to anyone looking for everyday banking, loans, or even re-financing

Coastline Credit is a complete joke. My brother passed away last month. My parents went into the credit union to get his truck refinanced. However, Calvin gave them a run around about what needs to be done. My parents went back a month later with his death certificate spoke to another gentleman about refinancing the truck he didn’t know what the hell was going on. A lady came in thinking she knew it all. Saying you can’t do this and you can’t do that. First of all get y’all’s s**t together. My parents went to a different credit union and had NO ISSUES getting the truck refinanced with people who knew what they were doing. I think it’s time you teach your “Financial Service Partners” what to do in a situation when a person passes and the co signer wants to refinance the vehicle to keep it. Get your employees trained the right way. No wonder people prefer other credit unions such as Navy Army, Gulf Coast Federal Credit Union, etc.

I’ve been a customer for a few years with coast life credit Union but recently working with Casey Lane in the loan dept at the Saratoga location has been phenomenal. He’s punctual, accurate and follows up with me very quickly. He is knowledgeable and takes great care of his customers. My friend referred him to me as she also had a wonderful experience with him as well.❤️

My experience with CoastalLife CU was the best. Marco Perez made me feel like Member before I was a Member. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Being retired from the banking industry after 42 years myself, I know he knows his stuff. I was so impressed with Marco, I opened an additional $20,000 CD. He is a definite asset to your team. I have been with this bank for more than 10 years even before it changed to CoastLife. I went into the lobby one day to take care of something and expected it to be done correctly. A week goes by and the issue was never taken care of. I call and speak to a representative and she informs me it will be taken care of. A couple days go by and a representative from that office calls to assure me the issue was taken care of. About two weeks go by and I see the issue never got taken care of. This is just very bad customer service and unprofessional. How are current and future customers supposed to trust that this professional bank is doing its job when literally they are not. I do not recommend this credit union to anyone. Please look elsewhere to avoid future problems.

So Coast Life decided to report a $7 negative balance on my credit for an account my son had. That $7 is costing my credit score 60 points. They did this despite having (on previous occasions) drafted money from my account without my consent to cover his negative balances in the past. I am a member in good standing and move thousands of dollars through there every month. They never notified me and have been giving me the run around about getting it removed for the last two months. Don't feel much like a valued member right now 😕
