Such a pleasurable experience! Every time I need financing or any help with any tack, Gulf Coast is always so pleasant. I forgot my license at another location and someone went out of their way to bring me my license before Vegas. Always exceptional service. So glad to have them for my financial needs.

These people at the Roddfield location are very rude. This is the slowest office but the most rudest location. This is also for the very rude supervisor who talks over the customer. I guess I see where her employees get it from.

I came in to get a personal loan and was approved within the hour. Trisha Gonzalez was very helpful through out the entire experience. She answered all of my questions and gave me advice about future banking. I am currently not banking with golf coast but I believe within the next few months I will be. I highly recommend anyone that does not have the best credit and trying to get a loan or finance a car to come here. They will treat you with respect and be straight forward with you.

The fees are ridiculous at Golf Coast. A $2 fee for a $10 dollar cashiers check… come on GFCU, your better than that… I asked the representative to waive the fee due to having just been charged for a larger cashiers check earlier. The rep went and spoke with his manager who decided they could do a free regular check but not a cashiers check. Specially needed a cashiers check. Having worked at a credit union myself I know that the bank has the ability to waive the fee. Really a disappointing experience at gulf coast… will be looking for an alternative credit union soon.

Trisha in the loan department at the Roddfield location is amazing and is so fast in completing all necessary documents.

Been using them for over 5 years. The employees are so polite and helpful. I have been living in the Annaville are now going on three years and they are near my location any longer and I still use them. Would love a location on this side of town, but will keep using them any way. I do most of my banking now on line.
