I’ve done Business with coastal finance for a number of years now, I’ve done business with others in the past “hands down there the best by far than any I’ve ever done business with. There professionalism, and there true care about there customers is there upmost importance. I too have found myself in trouble at one time and they done everything in there power to help me catch up. Couldn’t ask for better people such as the ones in the Smithfield office. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for everything you guys have done for me.

We have been working with this office since 2009. They have been wonderful. Initially my credit score was low and they gave me a chance. I paid off that loan 2 year’s early. I received another loan 2016 and that is almost paid off. Each time I called to pay over the phone no issues. 2 times a year they mail a advertisement stating the new programs they offer. In my opinion the bad reviews are from people who may have missed payment and or late on multiple occasions. The reason is because the office staff have to account for the outstanding loan so yes, I would be a little unfriendly to get the loan holder to pay the agreed loan payment as well.

I have had to worse esperance in my life with this company! They are refusing to pick up a car that I surrendered to them and now are attacking my credit score adding late payment s that aren't even late yet and checking my credit on a daily basis maliciously trying to trying to destroy my credit. On top of that a repo report is now on my credit and they didn't even repo the car! Be careful they are not good people!! I didnt even want to give them one star!!!

This company has been more than patient with our car buying experience. The staff is always friendly and they do there best to accommodate us . I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I financed my mother's car from Coastal finance in 2017. I recently paid it off. Throughout the process, Coastal was always very friendly and encouraging. I once fell behind a few weeks, and they always stayed professional and talked to me with great respect. The entire office staff was always in a great mood when I called in my payments. I would especially like to thank Kristin, a manager with the company. With people like her working for the company, I would definitely do business with this company again over anyone else. The staff is Rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend. They either need new employees or they need to close the business. Cindy is the absolute worst, she always has an attitude and she acts like she is a God and everyone else is beneath her. I have NEVER experienced such disrespect in my life! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I have been with this company for about two years. They are the most caring individuals. They always accommodate me the best way possible. I truly don't understand what is the need for all the previous negative reviews. They aren't rude, and sometimes there's more to the story then what the reviewer is stating.

I got my car loan a few years ago and worked with the Garner location first and now the Smithfield location. I have never had any issues with the company or employees. Always friendly and accomadating. Thank you.
