Worst company to ever do business with. I don't recommend doing business with them. They harass you everytime your payment is due (My account is up to date) and they play with the livelihoods of people. They won't be satisfied until someone snaps and ends up hurting someone it's that's bad. Stay clear in currently looking for a way out of this with them because I'm honestly close to being incarcerated if they disrespect me again.

This is the worst company ever, they are Rude, disrespectful and have no compassion once you sign the purchase agreement, their kindness goes out the window. I surrendered my vehicle on August 4th, 2018 and much to my surprise, i received a letter from the court stating that the VIN number was hit with a ticket on 9/22/18 because it was parked on a sidewalk. I called for a letter to take to the court to prove the vehicle was surrendered way before the ticket was issued and Don Wright extremely Rude would not provide me with a letter, his exact words. "Ma'am the court has the date wrong, there is nothing i can do to help you" I do not recommend this company to anyone!!! STAND CLEAR THEY ARE THE WORST!!

To date, one of the WORST mistakes of my life dealing with these people. Run, as far as you can. And do not look back. The finance through JD Byrider in Pinellas - insane interest on trash cars. Unfortunate and very expensive lesson learned. When you have bad credit, save yourself the heartache and just save a few thousand dollars and buy a cash car.

Do business with them and you will find out why this rating is so low.

WHAT A JOKE!!! This company is not BBB accredited. They are the worst finance company I have ever dealt with. They tell your references that if you don't make a payment they are going to repossess your vehicle. I understand that they have no grace period but they call you the day OF the payment due.. Its people like myself ( with poor credit ) that had to have a vehicle that they screw the most.

They harass you if you are 12 hours late with your payment they make it seem like you missed months of payments . I always pay online but this lady Karen at rhe new port richey location blocked my account so i cant pay online because i wasnt calling in to pay .so now i cant pay online but all my payments are up to date

this company has given me no issues but even work close to me to keep my credit in great standing

Very rude and shady. I would not recommend this company at all.
