We had an excellent experience with CLM and have been recommending them since closing. Their team was superb at helping us through the buying process and keeping us informed every step of the way. We were a little apprehensive after a recent experience we luckily backed out of and gave us the chance to work with the amazing Aimee McCauley. She truly was our saving grace because she answered all our questions without hesitation and made sure we 100% were clear on all aspects of our processing. Closing on our dream home was a breeze due to all the attention to detail and making sure everything was double-checked, we had zero issues and can't keep their names out of our mouths! We were treated like family and always felt like we were a top priority! Thank you so much CLM!!!!!

Nieesha's Facebook page popped up on my newsfeed randomly. It just so happens I had questions about the home buying process and I'm about to close on my first home so I reached out to her. I felt pressured to lock in the rate w/ the builder's lender 48hrs after they provided quotes for FHA & Conventional loans. I wanted to shop around, but since the rates were provided late on Friday evening and I had until Sunday to lock it in, I wasn't able to shop around since the lenders I was interested in were closed and would resume business on Monday. Nieesha responded promptly and answered every question I had, despite not being my lender. She was kind, knowledgeable, and helped calm the anxiety I was feeling. I reached out to her a few weeks later, and again last week w/ more questions. Again Nieesha responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. She even looked over my loan quotes and went over them w/ me, which gave me clarity and helped settle my nerves. Because of Nieesha I'm going to my closing confident in the terms of my home loan, and satisfied w/ the home I've built. Should I purchase another home or refinance, Nieesha will be handling that loan. I'm beyond thankful for all of her help, and she truly made this process less of a headache

Excellent service, the process of the loan was fast and trustworthy. Specially Erika was the one that guided us through out the whole process. I highly recommend this company.

First thing is if I could give less than a one star I would. This whole process has been the worst experience of my life. I will NEVER buy or be scammed by doing business with these people. The lack of communication is insane. Who ever is running this department who ever is the branch manager, management really needs to open up their eyes and get a grip of the work that’s going on because I will never recommend business to anyone to this company. Shame on you guys working here.

Nieesha is the best loan officer. She communicates well and always finds a solution to every problem. The journey was a bit bumpy, but Nieesha walked us through it smoothly to the very last minute. I highly recommend Nieesha as a loan officer if you’re going with CLM mortgage.
