Cliff's Check Cashing #20 W Camp Wisdom Rd, Dallas

My partner went here to cash his check. And while he’s never had a problem cashing the check, he always has to wait over 20 mins in line, or in this case just wait. We arrived while no one was in there. He still had to wait for 15 mins while the cashiers changed shifts. Then when he got called to come up, he was told he couldn’t cash his check this early because of the amount. The whole time she complained to the other employee how much she didn’t want to work or be there. I can’t stand going to places where the employees don’t want work as it was apparent during this visit.

EVERYTIME I enter this location I do a review I'm just waiting to possibly give more then 1 star. They allow customers to stand in line while standing in a huddle talking. NEVER have I seen all cashiers on the till waiting for customers. Then they have down equipment and fail to tell the customers we find out after standing in line 15-20 min once we get to the window. This location can care less about the customers spending money. Sad

I applied for a loan, in which I was denied due to having an current open loan, that had no missed payments. The lady was very unprofessional cursing at the other representative while assisting customers. Maybe change the people out and this just may be a good place, until then I'll pass

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY LAZY, ALL THESE BLACK WOMEN AND THEY WONDER WHY THEIR JUDGED OFF WHAT THEY ARE DOING...SAD TO SAY BUT THEY NEED A BETTER STAFF AND MORE HELPFUL PEOPLE

All I can say is wow wow wow… went to pls to cash my little 1400 rent Relief check and they were charging me almost $100 to cash it! So I said let me try someone else luckily the lort told me turn in cliffs check cashing I sure did and guess what I came out a happy customer!!! Thank you to miss Martavia she made my day very professionally and helpful!!!! Thank you cliffs check cashing will no longer return to Pls

If I could give 0 stars I would for worse service ever.... All lazy employees should be replaced and carefully evaluated. 5 people behind the window and one working. And when I asked for help I got an attitude from one of the workers. Saying we going to help you in a mean voice and turned around and continued giggling and conversation. So I left and will never be back again. The owner needs to care about their company. And read these reviews daily.

The worst place to go for ANYTHING, unless you don't have a choice. Go to PLS Check Cashing on Camp Wisdom where the customer service is way better. I will never go there again.
