Clearfork Appraisals were super professional and efficient. When I requested to review the original report, he even replied to my email on Sunday since he understood there is a due date issue for review. He kept his promise to deliver the updated report on time. No delay issues at all. Very much appreciated his quick responses and definitely will refer my friends and customers to work with him.

I don't think I've ever written a review for someone on google. I was looking for an appraiser to help me with a home in frisco that is unique. The gentlemen we spoke with spent 30 minutes on the phone with us giving us guidance. Even though he did not do our appraisal he took time with us on the phone. I had spoken to another appraiser from another company earlier that day who said to even google the address he would need to charge us money and he was busy.

Terrence was quick, courteous, funny, and as far as I could tell accurate in his estimate! We would definitely use him again if we get to choose our appraiser.

I have used Terrence multiple times for appraisals. He has always been on time and very easy to communicate with. The report was fair and very detailed.

I called simply to gain a better understanding of the appraisal process. Terrance was so polite and patient with all of my questions.

Our appraisal was ordered by our lender on 7/19 and as of 8/9 the report has still not been completed. This is causing us to have to move our closing date back which means we are having to reschedule our movers and internet installation. When the appraisal management company tried to follow up with Terrance he was unresponsive and his mailbox is always full so you cannot leave a message. When I spoke with Terrance he was rude, slowed no empathy for the situation he caused and hung up on me. He is totally unprofessional.
