My experience was smooth like butter. Classic Pawn & Jewelry is a pretty big stand alone building with its own parking lot. You can't miss it. Upon arrival, you have to ring the doorbell for them to let you in. George and Eric helped me out with my Sonos Beam. I got a great deal for a Sonos speaker that was brand new in box. I set it up immediately and it is PERFECT! These guys are super cool. They helped me out with what I needed, plus we had a great conversation about dogs. Gotta love it. Thanks guys!

I was little nervous with this being my first time, but their customer service was extremely great. The process was efficient and professional. I went in to pawn some jewelry and was greeted by a very friendly staff.I told them what I wanted for my jewelry and there was no haggling. Very pleasant experience.I came back the next day to pick it up and the owner gave me a nice discount for the 24 hour loan. I would recommend them if you need good money on a loan. I've been a satisfied customer of Classic Pawn & Jewelry for over 5 years. I've received good value for my merchandise, and I've been treated fairly each & every time. As a single parent, there are times when I must place an item on loan in order to pay a bill, meet an unexpected expense, or spend a little-bit extra on a special occasion. The staff has come through for me time & time again; always providing me with courtesy and excellent pricing. I have never once felt taken advantage of, or cheated at all. When I arrive to redeem my property, it's always a seamless and easy process. I have never had a complaint or problem with the staff or their policies. That's why I've been a repeat customer all of these years. Let me put it this way...I sadly & unexpectedly had a family member pass away, and I wouldn't have been able to travel out of state to attend the funeral without getting the best price. Well, they gave me the absolute best market price, and I was able to attend my loved one's funeral. I will forever sing their praises for that. I honestly would not use another pawn shop. These guys are top notch & unmatched. If you go elsewhere, you're missing out on an excellent opportunity to get truly great value & service.

AMAZING I must say! I purchased a 14K rope chain & a 10K nugget pinky ring. After going to Classic Pawn I can say I will never go to Kay’s, Jared, or any other big chain jeweler. Literally saved +$800. Definitely will be going back again & again.

I've been going to classic pawn for a while, and its defiantly the nicest pawn shop I've ever been in. They have never not helped me out. I’ve been searching for some dual screen portable DVD players for my children ALL over the Ft. Lauderdale area and didn’t have any luck finding them! I called Classic Pawn & Jewelry and they had them in stock! Not only did they fulfill my needs, but Eric and his partner had great customer service!! I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes!! Family owned pawn shop, with exceptionally great customer service. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Walking in I was hesitant looking for jewelery, however the staff proved they were genuine and honest with their recommendations. Steve the owner, was great in explaining the value of gold in the current market. His reputation has proved his customer service exceeds expectations. No one wants to go to a pawn shop, it's usually a necessity. Well I got very lucky when I wondered into Classic Pawn. George was very friendly and patient. He could tell that I really didn't want to sell my rings, so he gave me a good price and talked to me about why he was giving me as much as he did. Without George I might not have sold at all. I think this is the best Pawnshop in south Florida. I have been doing business with Classic Pawn & Jewelry for many years and i have observed how the treat people, they treat everyone that walks through their door with the same level of respect and that is what kept me there. They know every repeated customers by name and i felt like family when they called me by name when i walked through the door. If for some reason you’re unable to pay on a pawn on or before the due date as long as you communicate with them they will work with you. I went to classic Pawn and Jewelry looking for to complete my set of DeWalt 20 volt drills. I was greeted by my Eric; who was a great help, gave me a great deal. The place was clean and all items look to be in working order; unlike the other shop I went to before going here. Service is great....5 stars
