I’m 25, and in today’s market it is very easy to write off a 25 year old with one income stream and instead go for big fish coming in from New York or New Jersey that can pay astronomical amounts to get the home of their needs. I’m glad to say that is not the case here. From day 1 I was handled professionally and timely in regard to what I was searching for in what might be the best fit. I was called by Jon regarding a home loan pre approval. He transferred me to a guy named Tyler who took all my info, including W-2’s and paystubs. I sent an email when I didn’t hear back from them. I’ve left a couple voicemails as well. Noticed on my credit report that they ran a hard inquiry, which lowered my score. I feel I was scammed! Don’t call this company!

Alexis Gonzalez and his team were wonderful and easy to work with. They helped me from start to finish. They answered question when I asked . I would work with them again if I was looking for a home. And I would refer anyone I know that was looking to buy.

SCAMERSSSS!!!!!!! LIARSSSSS!!!!! I wish I can give you "0" stars... but I didn't have that option. ***WARNING*** They lie to me about working with the USDA loans Government as being part of the government. The person I spoke with Connor even told me they were the Government's favorite, and later found out they are NOT even affiliated with them. I gave my social security to the wrong person/Connor M. who ran my credit with Transunion. I've contacted Transunion who told me to report them to the Trade Commissioner Department if they refused to remove the inquiry from my credit report and to report it as "FRAUD". Now, I have to dispute it because Society Mortgage is NOT willing to help me. I've contacted Connor many times to try to resolve this and requested to speak with a supervisor, but I haven't heard from anyone. No surprise there, because they have been DISHONEST with the customer from the beginning. Please be VERY CAREFUL doing business with this type of companies. Make sure you go to USDAloans.gov, instead of "USDAloans.com". Don't follow for the SCAM, like I DID!!! :(:(:( HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! LIARSSSSSSSS!!!! :(:(:( Do yourself a HUGE favor. Ask this question to yourself? Why to hire/pay extra fees to a third-party company to do an USDA loan? Well, when I asked the same question to the loan officer/Connor that I spoke with, he couldn't answer. That's exactly my point! My answer to your reply is: This has NOTHING to do with my credit score or profile like you said. I am still buying at house but NOT with YOU... Thank God! I have been misled by your loan officerrrr.... Are you KIDDING ME people??? I found this review from another of your customers Laura Williams that gave you a "1" star because she didn't have an option to give "0" like I wanted to give you too. Response from the owner 7 months ago Hi Laura, thank you very much for bringing this experience to our attention. It is a CREFCO policy to return all calls and emails within 24 business hours, we have spoken with both of the involved parties to ensure that this does not occur again. LIARSSS, just as I mentioned in my review above. I requested to speak with a supervisor over week ago and I am still waiting on the phone call. It's happened again.... LMAOOOOOO Don’t let the good reviews fool you!! My advice to you dear customers that is reading my review right now. PLEASE THINK AND DO YOUR RESEARCH VERY WELL BEFORE YOU REGRET MAKING THE WRONG DECISION!

Gavin Brown and Elijah Grady are amazing they made everything smooth and easy what I love about Elijah is he is stern and to the point but in a very polite way and gave updates every day even if it was just to say hello with no updates Gavin himself was super easy to work with and took swift action to get the ball rolling I will definitely work with society mortgage again in the future especially Gavin and Elijah!!

John merideth is amazing what can I say. He got me approved for a mortgage when I didnt believe I would. Him and his team worked very hard for me and would recommend them to anyone. If I could give them a 10 I would. Amazing team and place to deal with.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- we did a VA loan and they made us put money down!! They are bad at losing legal docs and social security paperwork. They don’t text you back and send a email when you don’t check your emails. It was the worst house buying experience we have had and we have purchased plenty of homes! The supervisor didn’t even respond to our issue which should tell you everything. We wouldn’t have used them if we weren’t so ready to just be done with the experience. Then we had to put money down when a VA loan doesn’t require you to. So we basically had to magically come up with cash to close. THEN COME TO FIND OUT WE DIDN’T NEED TO PUT KONEH DOWN. Just a very very bad company and stay away from them. IF YOU CAN BUY FROM THESE GUYS YIU CAN BUY FROM RES ROCKET OR ANY ITHER BABK- heed my advice and others. Don’t let the good reviews fool you they are fake!!

Daniel ”Dani” Alvaro has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I felt so comfortable speaking to him. He answered any questions I had and no question was a dumb question. He made my first time home buying experience awesome. Yes I got frustrated at times with the process but in the end everything worked out perfect. Listen Dani needs a raise because he was AWESOME!!!! It was one guy that wasn’t as friendly but I can’t think of his name. He was dry most of the time I spoke with him. I would still call Dani even when he had passed the ball along in the process and he was still very helpful.

RUN!!!! I would give them a HUGE ZERO if it was an option. My husband and I decided it was time to purchase a home, and chose this company to be our lender. MASSIVE MISTAKE!!! I worked with a representative named Tyler Sutton. Everything seemed great from the get go! He was nice and super responsive until we got closer and closer to closing. That's when the communication began to fall apart from his side. He stopped returning calls, texts and emails in a timely manor. Then all of a sudden, exactly 1 week prior to our set closing date, he states that the final loan approval has returned and the depositions would be sent out for signature that afterthought.... they never came...3 day long weekend came, still nothing! My realtor and I continuously attempted to reach out to him and his manager (Venice, who promised to help get this taken care of promptly..... which actually ment never answering her phone, texts or emails ever again).. THEN 2 DAYS PRIOR TO CLOSING, Tyler calls and said they need a 2 week extension... then come to find out 50% of what they said was completed.. WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE!! We almost lost the house to this company... we decided to go with a DIFFERENT LENDING COMPANY, saved the house, and closed shortly after!!!

My experience with CREFC was amazing. I worked directly with John Meredith and Ben Bangs both of which were very professional and informative. I went in with a below average credit score, they helped me figure out the best way to fix it to get me to my ultimate goal of buying a house. I was a first time home buyer completely lost on how/what to do and was turned away from many other businesses due to my credit. Most of them wouldn’t even attempt to help me. But thanks to Cosumer Real Estate Finace Company, in just over a month they had me in my home.
