CJ FCU Central Jersey Federal Credit Union Woodbridge

I have been a member for 20 years and have always had excellent service, this has included mortgage, car, student and personal loans as needed. along with Checking, Savings and childrens accounts.

I am not a member...however, my Mom has been for years and has only had good things to say about her overall experience there.

The drive up service was terrible at the Woodbridge Branch( December 30th,2020). The Head Teller was so unprofessional and derogatory! She actually sighed she had another customer when I pulled up and had no idea of how to utilize her customer service tools! I feel the branch should invest in retraining her on how to effectively communicate with customers. I was taken aback because I usually always have such great customer service from the other tellers!

Extremely disgusted and disappointed by treatment by loan officer at the Woodbridge NJ office. Knowing thad I had an urgent matter with motor vehicles, the loan officer chose to go to lunch and felt it was ok for me to wait at the DMV office until lunch was over, so she could fax the document I needed. How dare she? What kind of service is this? I am first and the costumer is last? Sharing my negative experience with the world. Furious 😡 .

Ive been with this bank since I was young, the staff are friendly and treat you like family. I love it here.

I am very upset I have fraudulent activity on my card and now my card is suspended and no one is answering the phone at the the office to explain what is going on. I definitely need to find another financial institution. My concerns aren't being met and I don't have access account and my debit card is suspended ugh!!!

Incredibly rude staff. I spoke with three different people and each was curt and flippant with their responses. I've never interacted with such an unprofessional staff, banking or otherwise. I'm usually polite but one employee was so abrasive that I inevitably mirrored her level of disrespect. It's unfortunate to be on the receiving end of people who take such little pride in their jobs.

They are not the credit union they use to be when they were on Green st in Woodbridge. Their drive up lanes are just a joke, their ATM is so outdated and well now the door to get to the ATM area doesn’t always work. When you call it takes forever to get someone on the phone. Finally making the switch from here after 17 years!

These is the worst bank that I ever have been. Incredibly rude staff. I do not recommend that anyone use this bank, the staff are very rude, they never help me.
