I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED A LOAN TO PAY OFF ALL MY DEBT UNDER $4K AND I WAS DENIED BECAUSE OF THE DEBT I WAS TRYING TO PAY OFF... i guess banks don't understand everyone fell behind during covid. they are suppose to help the community but even when they approve you they give you a high apr. your better off going to quick loan online. faster process easy payment options and fast funding

I applied for a loan and everything went well. I upload the whole information, but for some reason the paystub was not able to upload in their system. I went to my schedule appointment and still they can figure out what happened. With the system. The guy name JR is the worst, he asked me the same question for the last 3 days. What a wasting time. Running for 3 days, and this guy JR needs some training

There are some people who are so rude they should not work in positions where they have to interact with the general public, such as the case as this location and gentleman by the name of Guierro R. I have a loan with then, pay my loan every month on time so much so they consider me a "valued customer". Because of him I will NEVER get another loan from this company and will recommend others to go elsewhere.

Very helpful staff. Always transparent and willing to answer all my questions. Only thing that could improve is the ability to conduct closing business via email. As they do not operate on the weekends it makes it a but difficult to physically come in office for minor things such as change in payment date.

Gerald helped me out today, great guy and made everything fast and easy. I was in and out in one hour (maybe even less). Real friendly and told me everything I had to know. Five stars.

I have been a customer for about 3 years and I will say that the first 2 years were fine but since they have let go a few in employees and hired some new people, it has been a complete train wreck. The current employees have no clue what they're doing. No one ever answers the phone. They say they will call back but they don't and they never have clear answers to the problems that you have with them. And when I requested to speak to a supervisor ( after finally getting someone on the phone, not by their direct number but by calling the 1800 customer service number) the representative claimed to be the District manager, only to find out in the same phone call that he was not. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

This company reported me to the credit bureaus during the pandemic and being homeless. When a person is down and out the last thing on their mind is a good credit score. Some things are more important than a good credit score.

First I apologize for my poor English I am a single father of twin and I went to his company to get a loan for my divorce and pay off my credit card debs. They gave my $5800 for 60 month at 29.99% APR my payments are $189.00 a month but I pay $200.00 I got the loan in November 2012 I never was late also my payments are the 20th of each month one day I decide to pay on the 8th just because I got the money earlier the next month I couldn't pay earlier so I make the payment on the 20 and they charge me all the $260.00 that I pay that day for interest, of course I call them and they say that the charge was because the month before I paid on the 8th I explained why I did it and I told them that I thought I would have a good record with them if I pay before of due date their answer was They are not a credit card company and if I pay before or after the 20th I would have penalties since then I pay every 20th now I have $4784.00 to pay I was thinking to pay it of with my tax return so I can get rid of them. Oh the costumer service sucks they treat me like crap specially one of the woman that work there in the North Brunswick branch every time I call to speak with the girl that helped me with my loan or the manager she say to me OH IS YOU!!! with bad attitude and then she always say that THEY ARE IN LUNCH OR THEY WENT OUT she never transfer me to the people I need to talk
