I have worked other deals with Abdel before but our last one was hands down the best work I have seen from a lender. After a previous lender wasn’t able to close for 2 months, I asked Abdel to step in. We were issued a Time of the Essence notice and had 10 days to close. Abdel went above and beyond for our buyer and was able to get us closed in 7 days! I cannot say enough great things about him and the rest of the team. If you aren’t using PRMG and Abdel as your lender, you’re doing yourself and your clients a disservice.
