Quite possibly the worst professional experience we have ever had. Extremely poor communication, lost documents and untimely responses. This company has caused us to lose out on a low “locked-in” rate that can not be matched now because of their lack of response time. Almost a year later after stringing us along we are told they are unable to assist us. Very disappointed!

I would highly recommend Citywide Mortgage.Our family just moved into our third home using Citywide Mortgage as our Mortgage Lender. As always, the they did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Great communication throughout the process and no surprises at closing. I love that they are local too and that we had the opportunity to meet with our Loan Officer face-to-face. Ladonna Hester is one of uour biggest assets. She is so kind, thoughtful, caring & I would have never made it thru buying a new house without her guidance. Never gets flustered or upset.
