Best bank in the area, hands down. Abby helped me with all my online info with a very professional and personable attitude and if you're lucky enough to work with Jordan, he will not disappoint. He helped me set up an account for my son answering all my questions and doing so in a respectful and efficient manor. He also had plenty of jokes to actually make banking fun. Great staff, cute office & pretty decent perks too.

They are always friendly, helpful and make us feel welcome! Great staff! They go above and beyond and offer coffee! Today, I was made a delicious hazelnut iced coffee ☕️ and brought it out to my car. Thank you!

These were some of the friendliest bankers i have ever met with. They are very knowledgeable and were able to give a ton of great info. I was especially impressed with the mortgage banker Leah Jacobs. As an added bonus they made me a fancy coffee and it was delicous!

Citizens State Bank went above and beyond in creating a meaningful field trip for a group of fifth grade students. These students had been learning about budgeting/banking, and Citizens State Bank provided a hands on, relevant experience for them-- all while making it super fun!

I was referred to the bank and opened minor savings accounts today. Tricia and the entire staff at the Onalaska branch went above and beyond with making us feel welcomed to the Bank. I was offered a beverage when I arrived and immediately thought "this is pretty cool!" The kids were given piggy banks, and they have a punch card system to encourage depositing money. I can already tell that it is a family-atmosphere and we are looking forward to becoming part of it. Not to mention the great rate on the minor savings account!

We love Citizens State Bank. I mostly bank at the Onalaska branch and everyone there is absolutely fantastic. They are always helpful, organized, happy and always remember our names when we arrive. They're Get More checking account, I personally recommend. Because you actually get more. Love the free coffee and drinks when I go there. Friendly staff and they're always extremely helpful when I have questions. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely love banking at Citizens! They are so detail oriented, thoughtful and consistently cheerful and kind. Small town banking at it's best (we never have to tell them who we are) with big city capability (can handle our international business with ease)! It literally makes my day better each time I interact with Jared, Lacy, Leah, Tricia or Haley. As a small business owner, I feel like I have a valuable network of professional friends with them that has truly been responsible for helping us grow our business. I joined Citizens State Bank to open a new checking/savings account for my son. When I was at the bank learning about all the benefits to their checking account program, I learned about an app offered through this bank, BaZing. This app offers local discounts, phone protection, travel discounts, identity protection and MORE! That night, after opening the new checking and savings accounts, I went online to book a getaway for my sons birthday coming up in November and decided to check out what was in this app. I found an indoor water park which is exactly what he had requested. I was able to book a $300/night room for $89/night. Massive savings! So happy I have opened this account with Citizens, it’s easy to accept the discounts and rewards offered and I am now looking into moving the rest of my business to Citizens. I highly recommend.
