I was told I was able to get off a loan that someone else was the primary however when it came time they kept making me go through hoops. Then when the primary and myself went through a divorce I still continued fighting with them that the judge put the primary SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEBT HERE and a lady from the corporate office was so rude and at mediation through the court she was heartless women. I absolutely despise of Heights because if I didn’t have to jump through hoops I wouldn’t have them on record when the primary person DESTROYED the vehicle and hid of it NOT me yet because they lie here I am hateful towards them! Honestly would give no stars if I had the option!!

Back in August 2021 me and my fiance were getting ready for a week vacation and needed some extra spending money on the trip. I in haste took out a very high interest loan I found on creditkarma.com. Upon returning from the vacation I paid back over half of what I had borrowed but couldn't get the company to lower my payments. I then began to notice other shady things. About 3 weeks ago I began to try to get a consolidation loan to pay off this loan and a credit card. No where was able to finance me, my own bank included that I've been a member of for 26 months and never had a 0 balance. I applied at Heights Finance as a last ditch effort, I did not expect to have the loan financed within 72 hours of applying. The service was quick the payment is definitely a lot better and the lady was friendly and professional

I've never had so many problems trying to get a loan I had to keep calling and asking the status. They kept asking the same questions over and over. I was told twice I was approved then they would ask another question and tell me they had to rerun the application! Worst experience of my life!

Chris did everything possible to get me approved for a loan and was super helpful. He answered all questions I asked. Pam was also so friendly and efficient. She was also prompt and knew what she was doing as she explained all the paperwork I was signing. Ver professional place with professional people.
