I have now delt with Kim Meyer on Twitter different occasions and I have nothing but good things to say! She was fast, accurate and didn’t ask same information more then once! I recommend dealing with Kim for a loan, and thank everyone for the timely and considerate customer service I have received

I am a home owner with no house payments and a job. Erin Yates convinced me into applying for a line of home equity credit, and gave false hope. I was convinced to open a savings account with the understanding of it's a formality to get the line of credit. Less than a day ago, I was told I could get a higher line of home equity credit, and the next day it was reduced by more than half telling me I don't qualify after jumping through all their hoops. With doing also, they dented my credit score with the false approval.

I am very frustrated with their cut in morning hours. It is not convenient to bank from 11-5. Most everything I do is early in the morning. I do not want to make a special trip just for CU. Also had a negative experience when I was trying to be a good citizen and bring in all my change when I heard there was a shortage. Again, hung around town due to their hours and then found out they would not take it, but I could go downtown. If downtown could take it, why not Onalaska? I am not even a member of Associated Bank and they took my change-over $70 worth.

The absolute worst financial institute/bank I've ever dealt with. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and you won't talk to the same person twice. Very frustrating!

I had a mortgage refinance and a truck loan taking place at the same time. Kim Meyer took excellent care of walking me threw each and every step, making sure that I knew exactly what was taking place! Understanding each and every step of the process was a concern of mine, and Kim either had the answer or would find the answer and get back to me in a very timely fashion. Not only looking at the month to month payment but, looking at the overall health of my finances, was greatly appreciated. I could not be more happy with this process.

Working with Mitch was awesome. Fast approval time and everything was explained very well from the 1st time we spoke til the last. I cant wait to build my credit and get a mortgage. Thanks again MItch I will recommend to all my friends.

This was hands down the easiest experience we have ever had in working with a bank. Kim was friendly, intuitive and did an excellent job in keeping us informed on the process and helped to insure we had the best rate and terms. Terrible place. We are constantly harassed by these uninformed rip off artists. They lose our payments and then blame us. Every two weeks there is some new loan representative contacting us to "take a look at our loan". We made the mistake of allowing them to consolidate debt onto one of our vehicles and now we are stuck with them. We had no idea we would be constantly harassed by people we don't know and told they'll take legal action on us when they are the ones losing payments. Even though our main bank shows the checks as clearing!! My husband and I hate this place. Avoid this ignorant institution as we've now suffered with this for a few years. Just stay away from them.

Two in my family have recent loans there. Mitch D and Derrick W, loan officers went above and beyond for both of us. Their tellers are all friendly and smiling too. Pleasure to do business there.
