Easton Motors EZ Credit of West Salem Heritage Blvd, West Salem

I was sold a 2008 Saturn Vue for $15,000. Twice blue book value for private party sales back end of February. It has been less then 2 months and it has been in the shop 3 times for failed power steering. They replaced the power steering pump 3 times and the steering rack once and it is going out a 4th time. I've also had to have the car jump started a couple times and 4 times so far I've started the car and had the dash l Warning lights start blinking like Xmas. And don't shut off until I shut the car off. The traction control lights stay on while the tire pressure light and AWD fault lights continuously flash. I also had bought the car under the impression it had good gas mileage. With factory specs of 26 to 28. But it only gets 14.8 calculated. And their nail polish touch up job over the rust is running off. I have sent several emails and no less then 2 complaint forms. I have not received an email in return...I had to go to the dealership and talk to the only person who was there on the sales side telling them I wanted to know my options for returning the car and being rid of it. It was only then did I hear from the person I was talking to who apparently private message a big wig that they would be more then willing to diagnose the problem but I would have to take it to their shop in Wisconsin dells. I'm going to be taking the lemon 🍋 back. At this point the only thing holding me back is the threat of them ruining my credit.

Just got my 3rd vehicle from Easton Motors! Carol and Matt are wonderful! My 1st vehicle I still have and it has over 260,000 miles on it and have had no trouble with it! Always started in the cold winter! Easton motors works with you and you will be Taken care of!!

Initially I had written a 5 star review but I can see now that it needs to be changed. I traded in my almost paid off vehicle and decided to drive a 2nd vehicle off the Easton Motors in West Salems lot. HUGE MISTAKE, to say I am upset that I was tricked into making payments on another LEMON is an understatement. I have had my 2014 Buick Encore for 2 months and it has been in there shop 5x since purchased, the first being the week after I purchased it. They pay for it up to the first some many whatever miles but I have spent probably 24 hours in the Wisconsin Dells Goodyear Location with my "newer" "better" vehicle. They shine these vehicles up really nice and leave you to deal with the problems that come next. I pay over $500 a month on something I can't drive without worrying if I am going to make it back and forth to my destination. Not even after a month of having it the interior "shine" had worn off, whatever cleaner they used made all the chrome edging inside of the vehicle start peeling and I know it wasn't on me because I hadn't used anything on it and all the seats had weird water marks on them from their detailing. I should not have refinanced with them and at this point I'm ready to contact a lawyer and drive this POS right back to the lot and leave it there. Be wary of the "great" deal you think you're getting. I'm sure there is more to say but you get the point...

I got a GMC terrain from Easton Motor. I need a car cuz the one I traded in was very bad beater. No one would even work with me around. But they did and now I have a reliable vehicle to get back and forth to work and now I feel safe driving around my daughter. Thank you soo much. Would recommend.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!! They sell vehicles way over priced. At least 10,000 over blue book value. They have an interest rate of 20 percent on top of that price. This will not help anyone who is trying to get ahead. They take advantage of your lower credit. The owner is extremely abusive with his language and extremely hurtful. The upper management will talk down to you and talk down about the customers. They have horrible vehicles and turn engine lights out just to sell a car. The underwriter will be abusive and swear at you and In front of customers. This does not make for a professional place. They got written up thru the state and the owner will not take owner ship of it and blames on his employees. I feel like I need not to Re come down this place to anyone and stay far away…

I’m back to change my review! Since the day I left the lot I’ve had nothing but issues with Easton Motors. 2 days after I left the lot my new vehicle I got from them started making a grinding noise. They had me take it into Goodyear 4 different times, and it still was not fixed. Mind you my mother passed away in the middle of all this, so I’m trying to bury my mother and deal with car issues from a vehicle I just purchased a couple of weeks ago. They said since we got it this way, they would take care of it. Made me take it all the way to Wisconsin dells to fix it, I’ve missed numerous days of work dealing with this. Now I have to pay out of pocket to fix this issue. AFTER WEEKS OF THEM TELLING ME NOTHING WAS WRONG AND GOING BACK AND FORTH. Nobody there takes responsibility, everyone blames someone else or transfers to someone else. One manager tells me something then another manager says I cannot prove that. This is my first time purchasing from a lot and I must say never again. Im already dealing with th loss of my mother and they have made it so much more stressful on me. This has been going on since February 27th and I still can’t drive the vehicle, yet I’m still making payments every week. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this headache!! It’s not worth the tears or stress at all!

It was awesome had what I wanted in and out same day. Update so the car they sold me for 18000 dollars is junk in and out of the shop and I called Jake and he told unfortunately these things happen and I said I came to you guys to improve my situation and its worse in the nicest way possible he told well to bad 👎 I would think twice before going there I had no choice I did it to my self but I thought it would be a better experience than this.

I had a great experience with Easton motors.... I've had my car for just over two years, and they have been there for me every time I've had questions or needed anything. I ended up having my turbo charger go out, and they paid to get it fixed OVERNIGHT!!! So simple, take it in and pick it up the next day. They treated me great throughout every step of every dealing ive had with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
