Citizens National Bank is one of the best banks in the area. They have donated to the Joshua Volleyball booster club to help with our golf tournament. They were a great help. I think CNB is a great bank there employees are very helpful with any questions.

If you like feeling less than, this is the bank for you. They do not want your business unless you're extravagant, and/or just think you're better than everyone. They win you over thinking they "do so much for the community" however, they only city they really care for is Waxahachie. They thought they would be able to come into Burleson, and just take all the other banks customers. Burleson is not the place for an institution with the mindset of the individuals who run this bank. They're all a bunch of snobs. If you're a hard working, middle class individual, this is not the place for you! Save yourself the time, and embarrassment.

Great bank with amazing customer service. You're not just a number here.

Great staff. Blake is a great guy and super knowledgeable about investment banking. Michael Young is very nice and always is very attentive to my banking needs. The tellers know me by name and are very nice. I appreciate the relationship side that this bank puts an emphasis on over the corporate feel of others.

I love CNB. Cannot stress how amazing this bank is. Each time I use my debit card I receive an alert both via email and text. I glance at them, knowing it's correct because it occurs withing moments of using my card, then I move on. Earlier this week I received an alert, glanced at it and it was not correct as I had not used my card for this amount and I did not recognize the vendor charging it. I called customer service and within FIVE MINUTES the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Then about 10 minutes later the same customer service rep, called back to confirm I was satisfied and all was good. We've banked with CNB since 2005 and no matter which branch we go into or when we call customer service, the response is always the same - friendly people with smiles on their faces doing whatever they can to make sure we are taken care of and our satisfaction is their priority. Thanks CNB!!
