Citizens Bank is one branch of JP Morgan, which pours billions of dollars ($268 billion actually) into the fossil fuel industry. Citizens bank would be a much better bank if it really served people by not supporting our destruction though climate change. Citizens Bank and its parents, JP Morgan, are literally working against the world's efforts to curb climate change in order to make a profit. That is self-serving, not serving the people whose money they use for their own self-interest.

This is such a friendly and helpful branch! The tellers recognize me by name, even though I'm only there once a month or so. I've gone here for personal banking, to cash savings bonds, to open joint accounts and for business banking, and I've never had a negative experience.

I'm actually. Customer here..I opened a business checking account. And Jennifer talked me into getting my wife to open a bank account so we did and to apply for a home equity loan which we did when they did the appraisal which we waited here nobody ever showed up not even a call after weeks we called Jennifer back they said they only did an outside appraisal which was from years ago so we tried to call several people managers above her not one phone call was received back to us. So my wife did close her account there we did ask for an interior appraisal.which we know is our right to this day Jennifer has still not called us back we think it's pretty rude we're local we figured we'd give our business to this local bank.people just do your reviews about this bank...

Bank is a joke. Second time coming to withdrawal cash out of bank account and them telling me they don’t have enough cash in the safe. Like seriously they are a joke. Why put all my money in an account that I can’t access immediately.
