Slightly disappointed. Went and called the service center about an oil leak in my new Jetta. After I called the kind gentleman told me to drop the car off and they would hopefully get to it tomorrow, this was on Thursday. I called them Friday afternoon to just check and see if their was a diagnosis. They had not had the chance to look yet, which I understand they are busy. I did not call Saturday and eventually tried them Monday afternoon. They said they still have not gotten a chance to look yet. Eventually they called and said the car was done a 2 on Tuesday. I was very disappointed that no one had called me to inform me that it would take 5 days to tell me a diagnostic, and yes, I understand if you are busy, but as a business, you should call and let your customer what is going on with the car instead of leaving it to the customer to call and check on their car. Seems unprofessional. I am thankful for the mechanics who diagnosed the car and said it had the wrong sized drain plug. Cost me $45 for it, but when you buy a car that was a lease before from a certified VW dealership, how did it have the wrong drain plug?

I had never dealt with Sendell in the past. Have to say the experience at Sendell Mitsubishi was a great one. Dave (who is retiring next week) worked tirelessly to get us a deal on the car we fell in love with. There was never any feeling of pressure or angst. After weeks of shopping around and dealing with a lot of sales people, I came back here to buy in part because I had a great experience with the sales team. I never once felt pressured or rushed like I did everywhere else. They were very friendly and accommodating, never tried to have me make a decision and sign anything on the spot. The price of the vehicle I bought was outstanding as well.

Wouldn't know no one bothered us with those pesky services like "can i help you " "do you have any questions" or "can i show you something " to ignore the customer and make him beg to buy a car.

I went to the dealership today for my first oil change. Everyone in the service department was very nice and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour. Also, several months ago I had a meeting with Jay to go over the features in my new car. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my array of questions. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new Subaru to go to Sendell Motors. I had an overall wonderful experience while buying my car with Denny the salesmen and returning for services on my vehicle.

The Receptionist in the office is disrespectful and rude. I called in to ask a question and she talked down to me the entire time. Then when I went into the office she had a Bad Attitude and it seemed like I was a bother to her. Disrespectful staff and Unprofessional Behavior. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! 👎👎👎

They were completely unprofessional after a 45 mile drive to pick up overpriced parts I arrived at 5 to 10 minutes before they're closing time only to find if they had locked up and left the high point was a young lady I believe was the general receptionist and another young man tried very hard to help me but couldn't find anybody left in the department and it wasn't even closing time yet it cost me money it cost me time and I had to pay employees to wait for me to return with parts that I could not pick up lost a customer and all respect for zendell motors inc. if you advertise and quote a Time that you will be closing you should at least be available until that moment

So... Today I took my 2019 VW Bug out for an oil change....as I did the previous Tuesday when I took my 2018 VW Bug for an oil change...and yet again the previous Tuesday when the 2014 VW Bug needed an oil change as well!!! The service was SUPER as usual ...Competent, reliable and friendly from the service to the mechanics to the Sales Personnel and the Ownership here at Sendell Volkswagen!!! They are my "GO TO" for all my VW BG needs!!! Always will be!!!

Ed Sagan is priceless. He is the only reason I would bring my car to be serviced at Sendell. He is knowledgeable and quick with responses. I will always bring my car to Sendell collision as long as he is working there.

I purchased a new car from here when Hyundai bought back my old vehicle due to a safety issue. Jim worked with me to get a fair deal on the best vehicle for my family. A month later I met with Jay in the Encore program who as able to answer my most complex questions. Fast forward to an issue with my Subaru and I have a service appointment the next day. It was supposed to be for a quick diagnostic. 38 minutes after drop off I am told they are almost done replacing the defective part. I explained I need to pick up my kids from daycare as it was only supposed to be diagnostic. The service advisor Jason apologized and offered me a loaner vehicle. Before I knew it the service technician was done with my vehicle, had it washed and ready to go. I didn't even need the loaner as they finished the repair in under a hour. Sendell has shown me that I made the correct choice in buying from them.

Had a recall repair for the air bag and when leaving I noticed grease prints all over my dash a screw on the floor for the glove box and 2 screws missing from the glove box. Not professional at all. Now I have to go back to show this and get it resolved and I live a good distance from them so the cost of gas they will not cover made this a expensive trip.

This car purchase could not have gone any smoother. Chris is a true gem, she was helpful and reassuring. John gave me a full tutorial on my Impreza and could not have been more patient. Josh in finance explained everything thoroughly and the entire staff is super friendly! And Henry is a yuckster, he made me laugh and feel comfortable!

Great place to buy a vehicle. Staff (Denny) was friendly and helpful. Didn't feel rushed to make a decision. Leased my last three Foresters from them. Josh (Finance) explained everything in detail. We appreciated the special treatment we received.

My mom bought a brand new car from here and said that after not long some light came on the dashboard about tire pressure and something else too. She wanted to make an appointment but she said they didn't have an opening for like 2 weeks. She asked if they expect her to drive around with these lights on and if one of them can just take a quick look at it. She told me they would not budge so she doesn't know what to do now. Great customer service... not.

I bought my Jetta there a year and a half ago. Their service department is a joke. They changed the oil twice there and both times the oil tech forgot to reset the oil indicator. If you need service on your VW take it elsewhere. They do not care about the customer. I called and talked to them and the manager basically just blew me off like he did not care. Tried to claim the oil indicator failed over the phone. I will never step foot on any of Sendell’s dealerships again. This is very poor business.
Perhaps we are missing something here, but there is only a single oil change performed in March (at no charge) and recently the maintenance indicator reset? If this is the case I'm sure we could either inform you how to reset over the phone or if you are in the area reset ourselves. However if it only recently came on clearly something else is going on - not that the technician failed to reset in March. Obviously if I'm missing something I'd be more than willing to discuss further. Bill Mohler, President
