I was completely satisfied with the staff and manager also. He was 100% complete on everything i needed! Great place to go!

I have a really bad experience with citizens bank in lynn ma the one inside of stop and shop. My card was broken, before i had my card replaced i asked how long does it take. Was told it only takes three minutes. 10 minutes went by, i still haven’t got my card and still waiting. So I probably waited at least 30m i think and was told the printing machine was broken. I asked if i can get my card back and was told they shredded. The think that i dont like is the employee that works there are so unprofessional. She was saying “we don’t magically make the card appear” so so unprofessional Her name is Zulma Ramos

Unprofessional and rude management not going back to this location.

I came here and withdrew a fair amount of money they had absolutely no large bills so they gave me all 20s i didnt want to walk out with all the money so i asked because they didnt have 20s could they make me an official check she said it would 10 dollar fee so i asked if she could speak to the manager maybe she can waive the fee the manager didnt even think twice she said NO. Wow way to treat customer and the teller obviously had no customer service at all either . Im definitely closing the account .

It's nice to go to the bank and everyone knows your name. I'm always impressed with their awesome service.

Hello... Any business that's dealing with food, bathroom would always be clean and smell good .. for that they get 1 star

It was a FRIDAY Night just about 5pm the Staff was very friendly, Extremely FAST & EFFICIENT!!

Terrible customer service!!! Waited in line 15 minutes before 5pm( closing time) along with other customers and was turned away right at 5pm by the teller on schedule that day , he refused to service myself and other customers right after 5pm claiming it was 5pm and that he was closing the branch even though we were in line 15 minutes before closing. Terrible attitude not sense of customer service !!!! Will not be going there!

Very nice employees but the person that does the schedule needs to use common sense,, they have 3-4 tellers on a Tuesday or Wednesday but most times Thursday and Friday when most people get paid,, they usually have lines going out the door,, case in point today it’s a Friday 3 days before Christmas and they have two tellers as the line is getting longer, it’s like a grocery store being fully staffed on the slowest days then having two people work the weekends

Great bank workers, however the short staff makes the line very long........
