Clean bank, I never have to wait for a teller and they are always friendly. Went to deposit money today and the woman that handled my transaction asked me at the very end, “are you in a rush…? I feel like you’re in a rush” which kinda bothered me, a little offended because I was just chillin at her window and staying quiet as a mouse unless she needed my address which was all she asked me for.. :( I don’t know what else I am supposed to do while she is on the computer:/ Had a difficult drive so I’m not sure if it’s just because I was quiet but there was no rush at all 😫 sorry that I gave the impression Regardless she was still friendly and took me right away, I just think the question caught me off guard because I was just heading home after there was no rush and I didn’t mention any rush or anything like that.

Great bank ! Not going to lie the best one around and the beautiful girls working here are so nice ! Highly recommend

The most inconvenient bank I've ever used. Anytime we make a purchase above $100 the transaction is declined. They say it's for our protection, but there's no way to lift the restriction without calling them. They are only available during weekdays before 5, and have no way to reach them after hours or on weekends. We've had our car insurance cancelled because of this. We could not pay emergency expenses for auto or the vet. We have taken to opening another account with a different bank just to pay for things on the evenings and weekends. I can hardly consider this organization a real bank. Unfortunately, we may be stuck with them until the pandemic eases up.

I have been coming here for years. The service has gone down hill at the Lynn branch. The hours suck and the only atm they have for the place is on the inside of the bank. I will be changing banks.

I used to enjoy banking at this credit union years ago when I first opened an account about six years ago because my brother talked very highly of them but ever since the pandemic and change of staff it hasn't been the same. Customer service agents are not welcoming, they're slow, they never pick up the phone, some of them are rude and not apologetic even when the staff makes a mistake. I think it's time for me to take my business somewhere else.

I've been at the Peabody branch for many years. Everyone there is very helpful and very nice. Anything I ever needed help with was promptly taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are like family.

I've been a member of this bank for a little bit over 5 years and it's time for me to go...ever since Minerva left and the bank is under new management, they are not very caring about their customers. There was a few times some of the employees there made mistakes and I had overdraft fees and they removed it , I just don't think it's ok for employees to keep making mistakes and customers to keep paying fees because of them ....the new manager Maria rather keep a $30 dollar overdraft fee over a customer and that says a lot to me ....over all Minerva was great too bad she is no longer there and so it's Sarah and the Asian girl that works there!!!!!

My car loan with CCU can't be over fast enough. Their website is difficult to navigate, you can't even pay your loan through their account set up. You need to set up a separate account for loan payments. I've had multiple issues with early payments being put towards the principal amount and then being charged double and with a late fee. Their customer service rep's are rude and unapologetic. Don't use them if you like convenience and customer service!

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service . Should be negative stars but have to leave one to warn people..
