Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) State St, Lynn

Worst bank branch ever. 2 tellers and 1 leaves while there's a line out the door. Always takes each teller 10 min per transaction. Every time I come here it's like this.

There’s always a big waiting lines from the inside to about half of the outside building and there’s only one teller that is open:

One teller only and he doesn't know what he is doing,,

God AWFUL management! Lines, no matter what the time is, are always super long! Unbelievable!! Also their banking hours are not very convenient for the average person working a 9-5. Bank at Salem five....They listen to the people, which COUNT especially if you have or require an Account. Salem Five, you have my permission to use this post for your website but please give me credit. The only plus reason of banking at this location is that there is a HOT Russian teller working there.

The Tellers are super rude. Can't ask them a question without some type of attitude. It's simply easy to be kind. Especially, if I'm allowing to handle some from of my money. Even though they are rude. I still go about asking them how are you, how is your day, etc. Point blank if I didn't have to go to this bank for work I wouldn't. I would drive to revere and bank with them.

I can’t believe it only one teller worse service have to wait more than 30 minutes here.

I Share the same with most reviews of this bank, freindly staff but not enough tellers! Line out the door and either 1 or 2 tellers and noone to cover the poor souls lunch, it's quicker to drive to Swapscott instead. You would never see such slack in the Lily white burbs, despicable.

Horrible branch. The bank tellers are the rudest people I have ever met. They don’t greet you, don’t respond to your greeting and have sour faces. It was the most difficult thing ever to deposit money into a friend’s account. The senior next to me was being berated for not understanding she had to put her chip in and not just swipe. I helped her understand as all they were doing were raising their voices at her. It reached time to leave with people in there and all they cared about was getting out. They shut the lights off and started losing patience and raising their voices with the customers. Horrible bank and experience.

You all need someone to that knows about currency exchange. Something simple as Euros to US dollars I was told go to an airport. Seriously, airport to exchange euros.

This bank is the busiest location, however bank managers don't seem to want to address customer service issues. The tellers are limited never enough staff to take care of the lines of people waiting in line. I have waited 45 minutes to reach a teller it's worse than the registry. I only go in this bank because it's my company's account I would not have a personal account with BOA.
