    Surprised how come they are still in business although having an attitude towards their customers that belongs to 1800s. Be ready for someone sitting in their AML dept. to randomly lock your account for no reason and then no one else could possibly help you for as long as that department is "reviewing" your account. For me it's been nearly 5 weeks and I still don't have access to my own funds. They did the exact same thing to me wife a few months ago. I'm just waiting to get this one resolved and that's the end of my business with Citizens.
