Citizens Bank Five Mile Rd, Livonia

I've only had to visit this branch a few times over the years, but each time the employees were friendly and helpful.

The workers here are extremely rude and don't have a clue what they are doing. I just stood in line for over a half and hour while 3 yes 3 workers helped 1 person. I would strongly urge everyone to stay away from this bank!!

Literally the WORST bank. I was lied to about a promotion and told "it never existed" as if I don't remember specifically going into Citizens to claim the promotion and talking about it with the representative. They are now mailing me the same promotion that they said never existed! And the account was robbed of everything in it, fees every month that were never explained to me. Literally hundreds of dollars down the drain. Such a waste of time and money. The branch did nothing to make it right. They actually made me pay more money to close the account because there were so many fees on an account I didn't even use that it had a negative balance. Do not do business with them.

The staff is smiling but not helpful. There is an ascent issue in understanding when asked a question. Their focus is not on providing real help but on just smiling . Wish the staff was smart enough to provide real help to customers at the right time without any delays.

Everyone here is very friendly. Even though there's a Citizen's Bank closer, we like this one the best. Keep doing good work.
