On Monday 6-15-20, I was interested in the purchase of a automobile. The dealership suggested I finance through Oakland University because he stated “VIBE doesn’t accept cars that have a rebuilt title.” My circumstance was a little unusual but nothing complicated. They refused my sister and I in a Co-signer or Co-borrower arrangement. Then later refused me solely if I was not the primary driver. Nevertheless, I called VIBE and reached Brittani Lattimore! She immediately understood my scenario and began the loan process! She explained that she would reach out to the underwriters and call back. On Tuesday, Tracy Parchman called with an apology for the delay due to training. She emailed the next step requirements and assured a call back from Brittani after all of the documents are received. On Wednesday, before end of business, it’s a done deal! Brittani was apologetic for any delays! She explained thoroughly all of the details including extra discounts! I am more than happy with the service Vibe provides. It is important to me that I repair my credit and the staff at Vibe went put of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And their app and website arw quite user friendly :).

I normally don't do this but this was worst the experience. My 1st time walking into there the teller had an attitude..i had a few questions about accessing the mobile app she was short and kept cutting me off. I decided at the very moment to close my account that was made by occ credit union since they were merging..

I went to the credit union drive thru on March 20, 2020. All i wanted was change but since i'm not a member, i was denied service. But mind you, i came into the bank to get change on March 13, 2020 and it was no problem. I wasn't asked if i was a member then. I feel mistreated. What is a bank for if they can't give you something basic as change for a $20 bill? I just moved into the neighborhood and my credit union, Michigan First is miles away. I figured this Credit Union would be another option. I won't be going here again to do any bank transactions.
