Christian Financial Credit Union W Seven Mile Rd, Livonia

It a Friday this branch closes at 6:30pm and I got there before 3:30pm. I went in to open up a business account and was told by Christina that she couldn't do it because it would take an hour and she didn't want to leave the other teller by herself. It was a total of three of them. I was the only person in the lobby so I didn't understand. I'm also a current member here. I'm not ok and I feel that it had something to do with my skin tone. I have never dealt with her before and I'm definitely not pleased. (Livonia location)

Went to the bank to deposit a check. Opened the door and the teller comes by says it’s 7:00 and it’s closed. It was 6:59, but I’m not disputing over a minute. I was the last customer, and had an urgent check to deposit, the least she could have done was ensure I was attended to. The customer service does not live up to the name of the organization.

I don't know if it was discrimination or if the clerk was just being lazy. However , my husband and I go in to open an account, and the clerk says she can't do it because her and another lady were the only two people there. She didn't ask if we wanted to set an appointment for another day, give a brochure, or anything! Just that she couldn't do it. Not to mention we walked in an hour and a half before they closed. She could have helped us! And no, they were not crowded. NEVER will we go to this location again

Depending on the time of day you go, there's usually a little wait (maybe 3 - 5 minutes) otherwise they have good customer service.

Nice staff and I'm usually in and out quick. To the 1 star review complaining about them not serving you: Maybe don't show up literally one minute before they close, then. That's on you, not them. I wouldn't show up anywhere one minute before closing and expect them to serve me. They're effectively closed at that point.

Went in there to deposit a check , filled out my deposit slip like always , did not have my Member focus card but was sure about my account number , went up to the teller (I have her ID number) and she told me the checking account number WASNT correct ! Now it is very crazy times right now and I am a lil frazzled today but I was SURE that was it , nope , so I tried to changing a number on the slip and that didn’t work either . I told her I’ll go out to the car and look for my Member focus card that has my checking number on it and thanked her and she literally said NOTHING as I walked away. I decided to run to Member focus in dearborn to deposit it and get a replacement card and guess what ... I WAS CORRECT on the checking number! I’ll be calling the branch manager and filing a formal complaint against this teller .

Best credit union I ever belonged to. The staff are always very helpful. They helped with all of my financial needs and offered way better interest rates!

Best service, quick and efficient I only go here. Lines are usually short and tellers move fast!

Yesterday lines were extremely long only two tellers they said they were having issues its tax time and the beginning of the month when seniors receive social security think they should have been more prepared a lot of seniors in line
