The ATM never works, it won't let me pull my own money from my account. Any time I need to pull out more than $100 which is rarely I'll get a "transaction can't be performed at this time" error. What's the point of giving my business to a bank that won't let me spend my money? Closing my account this week and have been 100x happier with Huntington

Do not do ANY banking with Citizens Bank. If you need to get in-touch with someone from fraud, or someone that actually KNOWS anything... GOOD LUCK. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! Worthless 1-800 number

It was the worst experience of my life being told to basically shut up when I was only trying to explain to them about what was going on with my husbands account I would never do business with them ! I will always stay with Huntington the lady made us feel like we were complete idiots !

I am above-knee amputee in wheelchair w/ bone marrow cancer; trying to stay independent. The worst experience with this bank 2# My friend send me money by " Zelle " Zelle give me notification that I recieve the money but it doesn't show up in my account for more than 6 hours!!!

I have been using this bank since i was 18. They are alway very helpful and take time out to explain anything i have questions about. I recently opened a savings account there and theu helped me get everything set up including automatic transfers. This bank has amazong customer service and are really helpful for new comers and answering questions.
